This early 19th century country summer house for 8 is set in extensive private grounds, only 8km from Lago d\'Iseo and 2km from Franciacorte Golf Club. Nature lovers, bird watchers and cyclists can enjoy its tranquillity, as well as the cultural and artistic attractions of Brescia and Bergamo, both 25km away. In May and June, Brescia hosts the Mille Miglia vintage car rally, which runs through the streets of Franciacorte and the wine routes.

Inside, this charming villa is arranged over two floors and enjoys many original features. The interiors have been lovingly styled with vintage furniture, gorgeous light fittings, artwork, soft furnishings and wallpaper. The main living area is situated on the ground floor and looks out to the garden through huge picture windows and French doors that fill one side of the room. Furnished with several comfortable sofas, armchairs and a Smart TV, this space provides a cosy place to relax and unwind.

The separate farmhouse-style kitchen features a cool terracotta tiled floor and is perfect for enjoying family meals around the large dining table. Guests will find it equipped with essential appliances, including: a Moka coffee maker, a cooker hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and a fridge freezer.

The villa is situated in a very quiet location with access to a park. Guests are advised that the third floor is not accessible, and the piano and fireplace are not available for use. Please note that there is no air conditioning or heating.

The property is quietly nestled south of Lake Iseo in the village of Nigoline, one of Corte Franca’s four medieval hamlets. Tucked away amongst the rolling vineyards in the morainic hills of northern Italy, the area is a famed wine region.

There are 4 wineries within a 10-minute drive from the villa, and visitors can walk to the Borgonato’s Berlucchi Winery (a 25-minute walk), the birthplace of Italy’s finest Franciacorta sparkling wines. Guests can also admire the frescoes at the Romanesque Church of Sant’Eufemia in Nigoline (a 10-minute walk), and nature lovers will enjoy nearby walks through the Torbiere del Sebino Nature Reserve (a 9-minute drive). For family fun, the Acquasplash waterpark is a 20-minute walk away, and the closest Lido on Lake Iseo’s picturesque shoreline is just a 9-minute drive.

Golf lovers can reach the Franciacorta Golf Club in just 5 minutes by car. There are several restaurants and grocery stores less than a 5-minute drive away. For the best local produce, visitors will find a farmers\' market in Piazza Franciacorta every Monday morning.
