Sandpiper, a single-storey caravan, consists of an open-plan living space with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, dining seating, and TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite cloakroom and two twins. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin, and WC. You'll find a shop in 0.9 miles, pub in 0.8 miles, beach in 0.2 miles, and Longland Lake 3.6 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate all available on request. Outside, there is an enclosed wraparound decking with furniture and designated off-road parking for one car with on-site parking available. Travel cot and highchair available. St. Bees Head is the only major sea cliff between Wales and Scotland and is the only Heritage coastline in Cumbria. There is a fine beach and many wonderful walks are available along the clifftops, which are also home to one of England’s most important seabird colonies. There is also a nine-hole golf course in the village. Nearby Whitehaven, an elegant Georgian port, and the spectacular western Lakes, are more than worthy of a visit. Muncaster Castle is 8 miles away, as is the Eskdale and Ravenglass miniature railway. Cockermouth, the birth place of Wordsworth, and Keswick on Derwentwater are also within easy driving distance.
