It should be noted that there are 22 steps (2 flights) to climb from the main entrance to the lift which you can then take to the second floor
We would like to inform you that the building has a lift for the convenience of all residents. However, please be advised that the operation of the lift is managed by the building's management, and not by us directly. While it's rare, there might be instances where the lift may be temporarily out of service due to maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.
In such an event, please understand that it is beyond our control, and we will not be able to offer refunds or compensation for any inconvenience caused by the lift's non-operation. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.
