As other reviewers have said, it's a great location close to theaters, museums, and shopping. The flat was immaculately clean. The kitchen, though small, was suitable for preparing meals. There is an excellent M&S Food Hall (small grocery store) very close by - we recommend it over the other small grocery stores in the area.The host was very attentive. He met us at the building upon our arrival and helped carry our bags up. We had an issue with the heat which he responded to before the end of the day.WiFi worked well. Easy to connect to and fast.Our other reviewers have said, the clothes dryer didn't work well. Perhaps we set it incorrectly, but there were no instructions at hand. Also, as other reviewers have noted, the second bathroom is tiny.For people with mobility issues, be advised that the lift starts one floor up. There is a long stairway from the ground level entrance to the first floor where the lift starts. I was aware that the lift did not start at ground level, but envisioned only a few steps to reach it.Overall we had a wonderful experience!

Our host was very good and very responsive. My daughters and I loved the apartment. It has two nice bedrooms with comfy queen sized beds. There also is a small twin rollaway bed and a queen size sofa bed that is in the spacious living room. Lots of places for everyone to sleep. The place is updated and the 2 bathrooms are really nice. Great location!!!

The flat was wonderful. Great location and easy to get around. It has a washer with a dryer function but the drying function did not work well- operator error. We washed cloths but it was difficult drying them- need written instructions. The lift doesn’t start until the 2nd floor. So there is a flight of stairs up. The kitchen is fully loaded. The kitchen worked great for cooking meals. There is a Tesco just on the corner of anything you need. This flat is not handicap friendly. There are many restaurants and pubs all around the flat. Covenant garden market is around the corner. Highly recommend this flat!

Dalton was wonderful, taking very good care of us upon arrival and departure. Another young man accompanied him, but his name escapes me. They carried our luggage to second floor where the Lyft started. Many places to eat, grab groceries, have a coffee, shop and go to the theater. There is A/C but it was a portable in only one bedroom. Had this been the summer months it would not have been enough. In the small bathroom the shower door needs to be replaced, could not close properly. Something to hold toiletries in shower would be very helpful. Loved the layout and space in the flat. Very nice kitchen layout with good coffee maker. We really did enjoy our stay and will definitely recommend it to others.

Recommend!

Great location! There is street noise but it did not bother us. Windows seem to insulate the noise. Unit is on the second level from the street. There is a lift but it starts at level 1. Unit was clean and as described. We were advised that the previous guests had a party and there was some evidence of damage in the unit. The only negative was having to meet someone for check in. I much prefer self check in.We were transferring from a cruise in Southampton and timing was hard to be exact and the representative had other check ins to do.

This apartment was in a great location and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Overall it was comfortable and well equipped, with minor exceptions. There were lots of wine and shot glasses but fewer drinking glasses. We bought toilet paper and paper towels because there weren’t enough. One window didn’t work right and one window shade fell down from its mount when used. The air conditioner was in just one room although there were fans throughout. The AC flooded the floor once and we had to figure out how to drain it. In doing so we noted that its filter didn’t appear to have been cleaned in a long time so we took care of that. The unit as spacious which we appreciated. Despite the little things that were less than ideal, we would stay there again if we were to return.

The location was awesome. It was close to everything and all the major attractions were in walkable distance. Check-in was very smooth and we were able to leave our luggage until the apartment was ready. Dalton was very good with communication and any questions that we may have had. There were plenty of towels and the apartment was clean.I would say the only downfalls were that the place could use a little refresh. It looked a bit worn. It would have been nice to have maybe two bottles of water there for us and it could’ve used a box of tissues, basic no-frills but overall, I would highly recommend the apartment for a vacation. Stay!

Incredible rental!

Everything about this apartment was perfect. Location was convenient to everything including several tube locations, restaurants and shopping. The apartment is well furnished with 2 comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room with washer and iron, and all the supplies you need for your stay. The unit is impeccably clean, light and airy. Dalton met us upon arrival to show us around the unit and communication was excellent. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to London. Do not hesitant to rent this apartment if you’re looking in the Covent Garden area.

London Flat

Flat was nice in a great location. Property manager very quick to reply and fix issues. 2nd bathroom was so small other guests had to use master to dress and put makeup on. Kitchen was nice - only thing missing was a wine opener but hopefully was replaced by now!

Perfect Location

This place is in a GREAT location. 20 minute walk to Wesminster Abbey, Big Ben and other landmarks. There is an amazing market less than a five minute walk - tons of restaurants and shopping in this market. There are also lots of pubs and other restaurants all around. Couldn't have been happier with the location. Would stay here again and again.

This flat is in walking distance to everything you may want during your stay. Theatre, ballet, restaurants, shopping, and the train are all within a short walking distance. Very nice!

Wrong and false information about reaching the Second floor

The problem of reaching the 2nd Floor with stairs of 23 steps made the appartement less comfortable than we expected. Also the radiator in the bathroom was cold.

Great Location

Location, location, location! This charming flat was central to all the activities we enjoyed. Access to two different Underground stations was easy. West End theater, the National Gallery, Somerset House (Courtauld Art Institute), Fortnum & Mason, the British Museum, meet up locations for walking tours, Westminster Abbey and more were within easy walking distance or brief Underground or cab rides. The flat was extremely clean and provided everything we needed. In the immediate neighborhood, restaurants, bars, pubs, shops, grocery store were conveniently located just up or down the block not to mention the beautiful shops of Covent Garden. There is even a good coffee shop in the same building on the ground floor. With two bedrooms & two baths, it was perfect for ourselves and our adult daughter. We had the primary suite with queen-sized bed (a rarity in Europe) that was quite comfortable and our daughter also had her own good-sized room (Queen sized bead too)with access to her own bathroom as well. The flat was very clean, quiet building with only a total of 4 flats (there is some street noise, but to be expected in the city) and as we were there during cold, wet January with chilly temperatures, it was very warm and cozy inside. Check-in was a breeze with a rep meeting us and showing us all amenities in person (great WiFi) and answering all our questions. Check-out was simple. Highly recommend this place for a great stay.
