In the cosy seaside suburb of Bloubergstrand, you will find this
spacious six-bedroom home, perfect for a family getaway or friends
travelling in a group.

Perched in a truly special setting, this beautifully designed villa
offers a one-of-a-kind layout that enhances both privacy and panoramic
views. Reaching the main living areas involves ascending a series of
elegant staircases—an experience that adds to the villa’s charm and
sense of arrival. While the elevated position rewards you with stunning
perspectives, a moderate level of mobility is recommended to fully
enjoy this unique escape. The kitchen features a sleek and modern
design, offering ample storage space with soft-close cabinets. The
large countertop creates an intimate seating area with barstools. It is
fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering
stay. The living space features a large, comfy sofa with plush
finishes, a coffee table, air conditioning, a TV cabinet, and a mounted
flat-screen television—creating the perfect spot for relaxation and
entertainment. Complementing this area is an additional guest lounge,
complete with an inviting indoor fireplace, offering a warm and
welcoming space to unwind. Guests will enjoy Wi-Fi access throughout
the property and streaming channels such as Netflix. The elegant dining
room is furnished with a chic round dining table with seating for up to
eight guests.

The home boasts six beautifully appointed bedrooms, thoughtfully
designed for comfort and versatility. The main bedroom features a
luxurious king-size bed and opens directly onto a sun-drenched
sunroom—a serene retreat with expansive windows that frame sweeping
panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, seamlessly blending
indoor comfort with natural beauty. It also enjoys access to a spacious
private garden, enhancing the sense of tranquillity. Three additional
bedrooms are elegantly furnished with queen-size beds, while the fifth
offers a cozy three-quarter bed and the sixth, a comfortable double
bed—perfect for accommodating families or groups, all of which
conveniently have access to a shared bathroom to enhance convenience
and accessibility for guests. Two of these bedrooms are located in
separate, fully self-contained units with private entrances. Each unit
includes its own kitchen, washing machine, lounge area with a smart TV,
and a private en-suite bathroom—providing guests with added comfort,
independence, and privacy.

The home features four full bathrooms and one guest bathroom, all
thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and convenience throughout your
stay. The guest bathroom, equipped with a toilet and washbasin, is
ideal for quick, shared access. The main full bathroom offers a
spacious shower, a relaxing bathtub, double vanities, and a
toilet—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The second full
bathroom includes a combined shower-over-bath, a single vanity, and a
toilet. The remaining two bathrooms are en-suite and located within the
private, self-contained units on the property. Each is tastefully
appointed with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. High-quality linen and
towels are provided for your comfort.

Guests will not only enjoy living in luxury in Blouberg, but this
property is off-the-grid and operates on solar power, which means no
power outages or interruptions during your stay. Outside, visitors will
find secure parking garages that can store approximately five vehicles.

When you stay with us, you'll be just a short distance from Dolphin
Beach, Big Bay, and Small Bay, which are popular for water sports,
dining, and relaxing by the beach. Whether you're visiting
Bloubergstrand for thrilling adventures or luxurious seaside
experiences, the area has something to offer everyone.

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the
property, which is situated at 57 Warwick road , West Beach , Cape Town, 7449.

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them
knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
