La casa moderna en una tranquila calle sin salida se encuentra en medio de la histórica Villa Waterkant de Ciudad del Cabo.
En la planta baja, 2 habitaciones tienen su propio baño. Una escalera de piedra conduce al primer piso y una vista impresionante del puerto a través de ventanas de piso a techo. Un amplio salón con zona de estar, mesa de comedor y una cocina moderna totalmente equipada (lavavajillas, microondas, lavadora y mucho más) ofrecen todas las comodidades.
Desde el salón ingresa al patio cubierto y parcialmente cubierto con otra mesa de comedor con bancos y parrilla. Una hamaca también te invita a leer y relajarte.
Desde el patio se llega a la gran terraza a través de una escalera de madera. Ya sea tomando el sol en las tumbonas, una ducha refrescante al aire libre o un champán en el jacuzzi climatizado, la terraza ofrece vistas inolvidables sobre Ciudad del Cabo y el puerto.

Great place to stay in Cape Town, with many restaurants within walking distance, and short drive to Table Mountain and nearby hiking trails. The house was clean and comfortable, and has amazing views from the top.

fantastic spot

we stayed in the house for 5 nights, two couples and there was plenty of room. The facilities were great, everything you needed and more. The best thing is the position, so central, the café 5 min down the road was fabulous, we did not buy any breakfast goodies just walked and ate amazing breakfast that was so cheap. If you go say Hi to Karen the waitress she was lovely. Amazing views and location, and very efficient landlord and Cheryl who is responsible for the bookings, they were onto everything very quickly. All in all l would recommend this house to anyone

Great place in the heart of the city

My wife and I, along with another couple recently stayed at this property for 6 nights. The house was situated in the perfect location to explore the city. It was a short drive to many of the sights in the city, including Table Mountain. The area appeared to be safe and we never felt uneasy. We did take Uber after dark, but that is true in any big city. The street where the house is located is very quiet and we never heard any neighbors. We did appreciate the garage, but be advised it is small. We rented a Mercedes C Class and the car fit with only inches to spare, but it was better than finding street parking, which is difficult. I would not hesitate to recommend this house for your stay in Cape Town!

Excellent apartment, communication and location.

From my initial email to my final moments in the rental, all communication was prompt and clear. The apartment itself is in a wonderful, quiet area of Cape Town but literally a short walk from everything. The V&A Waterfront is a 20 minute walk as is Long Street/Greenmarket area. The kitchen has everything you need to dine in as well as a nice grill outside. The rooftop deck has a spectacular view and we spent every night up there with a glass of Stellenbosch wine at sunset. Clean and a great value, I highly recommend this apartment.

Tolles Haus in sehr guter Lage

Das Haus selbst war absolut klasse. Sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr hochwertig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Blick auf den Hafen war super, einzig die größeren Bäume weiter hinten versperrten den ungehinderten Blick auf den Tafelberg, dann wäre es perfekt gewesen. Das einzige kleine Problem ist die Parkplatzsituation vor Ort: da wir als Mietwagen ein größeres SUV hatten, war die doch recht kleine Garage für uns nicht nutzbar. Dank der, im Bezug aufs Parken, äußerst kritischen Nachbarn (inkl. persönlicher Nachricht mit Androhung des Abschleppdienstes am Auto), konnten wir auch kaum vor der eigenen Garageneinfahrt parken. Am Wochenende gab es aber genug freie Parkplätze in der Nähe. Von daher war es eher ein großstadt-typisches Problem am Rande.

We are very sad that we have obviously not met Jane's expectations. Unfortunately Jane has not responded to our attempt to reach out to better understand her disappointment. I am sure it can't be the fact that there's no handrail on one of the stairs or the very personal feel about mattress comfort (which has proven to be excellent over the years). We will keep striving to create an outstanding guest experience at Waterkant Views.

Sehr schönes Haus in super Lage

Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles was man so braucht ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Loved Our Stay at Waterkant Views - Highly Recommend!

The Townhouse was modern and lovely with a pretty view. We enjoyed being so close to V&A Waterfront. We Ubered everywhere and it was so convenient! Weather was not great, so we didn't utilize the upstairs deck or barbecue & outdoor dining area. Cheryl was fantastic, very helpful and friendly!

Our family of 4 from Boston USA were glad we rented this superbly located and generously supplied home for our 5 nights in Cape Town. Great market and restaurant (Beluga) nearby make eating in or out a pleasure. Instructions on operating the alarm system could have been more thoroughly explained.

Awesome Place!

There are so many wonderful things about this place, I don't know where to begin. The location is perfect. So many wonderful eateries and coffee places within walking distance. The welcome box with goodies was such a treat especially since we arrived so late. Cheryl, the onsite manager, is the utmost professional and very responsive. I loved the way the unit was decorated - so stylish and so comfortable. On a blustery winter night the Jacuzzi was such a treat and the temperature was perfect. Sitting on the deck at sunset and watching the city lights come on was so nice. Thilo, you are a very lucky man to own this place. Wanna sell it? - hee hee!

Great location, amazing roof deck, friendly + helpful hosts

This place was wonderful! Exactly what we were looking for on our visit to Cape Town. We ran into some minor issues with hot water and not being able to set the temperature on the hot tub (it was scalding hot), but the hosts were friendly and helpful. The view from the roof is phenomenal, with a fantastic view of the water on one side and the edge of Table Mountain on the other. The street it's on is quiet, but close enough to safely walk to a few great coffee shops and restaurants. To be honest, the neighborhood is on the edge of less safe areas, so if you venture too far out on foot I'd make sure to go with a group. Overall, the place was top notch! Highly suggest, would visit again.
