Spectacular duplex with terrace is located in one of the highest floors of the building, where you can enjoy a wonderful Skyline views of Madrid.

It is distributed over two floors and has 3 bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 singles), fully equipped kitchen, living-dining room with double sofa-bed, two bathrooms, a toilet and a large terrace from which to enjoy the views of the city.

Several units available in the same building for large groups, big families, groups of friends or business travelers (please ask!):

1 bedroom + 1 bathroom.

Each unit comes with 2 double and/or 2 single beds, a sofa bed, Wi-Fi, a large fully fitted kitchen, 2 en suite bathrooms, and a living-dining room. They can accommodate up to 6 people, which makes them ideal for family trips.

Why they chose this property

Central location: From here you can reach walking the highlights of Madrid, like Puerta del Sol, or Plaza Mayor.
Gran Vía is also famous for its many cinemas and theatres, especially at the end of the street, between Callao and Plaza de España.
This and its splendid New York–style buildings have given the area the nickname of the “Madrid Broadway” . Madrid is one of the leading cities in the world in terms of new musicals being premiered every year, as you can see along this fantastic avenue of multicoloured lights and huge posters. If you like taking in a show, book your apartment by days on Gran Vía.

What makes this property unique

View from the rooftop terrace is stunning. The building is also gorgeous. It was designed by Spanish architect Rafael de La Hoz Castanys and its construction took place from 2009 to 2013. It is the first building to be built on Gran Vía since 1932. The façade "plays with different volumes and lines that convey dynamism and depth." The work has not been without criticism and some consider it too modern for Gran Vía. It is located opposite the Capitol Cinema and is flanked by the Press Palace.
