Welcome to GuestReady Essentials in Dublin.
This 60m² two-bedroom Dublin apartment is on the first floor with lift access.
The living area has a sofa, wide-screen TV with streaming, and floor-to-ceiling windows.
The kitchenette includes a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, cutlery, dishwasher, washer, and ironing equipment.
Both bedrooms have queen beds with hotel-quality linens. Two bathrooms come with fresh towels and complimentary travel sized toiletries.

The plumbing and hot water has previously had minor issues with the pressure, it has been serviced, but cannot guarantee it may not happen again. In such an event, our 24/7 guest support is available to help.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
Located in the heart of Dublin's Ringsend neighbourhood, the property offers a fantastic base for exploring the city. Just a short walk from Grand Canal Dock and South Dock Street Park, the area blends modern convenience with a friendly local atmosphere.
Getting around is easy. Grand Canal Dock DART station is only a five-minute walk away, and multiple Dublin Bus routes run along Ringsend Road, connecting you to the rest of the city.
The location is perfect for both business and leisure. You will be close to major tech offices, and within easy reach of popular attractions such as the Bord Gáis Theatre, Aviva Stadium, the 3Arena, and the Convention Centre Dublin.
For shopping and dining, Ringsend offers a variety of local pubs, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. Whether you are picking up essentials or enjoying a night out, everything you need is close by.
Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby parks and recreational areas. South Dock Street Park provides green space for relaxation, and Irishtown Stadium offers sports facilities including an athletics track and football pitches.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest bus stop, The Square, is just a 1-minute walk.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
