Delightful two-room apartment surrounded by the green hills of Franciacorta and just steps from Lake Iseo. Equipped with all the comforts, including a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, and Wi-Fi. Parking is available 50 meters away (reservation is not possible).
A large terrace with outdoor table and chairs is available for relaxing outdoors. The apartment is on the first floor, with no elevator. Bicycles or small sports equipment can be stored on the private terrace.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Late check-in is available from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM for €30 and from 10:00 PM to midnight for €50.
Pets are not allowed. . City Tax: € 1,00 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 10 nights
