The modern fully equipped kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances, pull-out drawer pantry, instant hot water tap and a pot filler above the gas stove top. The open concept kitchen, overlooks the coffee bar, living room, and dining room. The outdoors is brought in with floor to ceiling patio windows that lead out to a large patio only steps away to the community pool and spa and large green space. This bright airy space is extremely inviting to all that come in.

This property is conveniently located within minutes to markets, restaurants, shopping, and parks. Golf, tennis, pickleball, bocce, fitness center and clubhouse are all within The Springs community. Beautiful property to enjoy.

Spacious and Modern

This condo was totally renovated within the past few years. The location is great -- centrally located in the valley. The rooms are large and the place is well equipped. There is a pool just 20 paces from the patio. We had a steady stream of friends and family coming to visit.

FABULOUS ACCOMMODATIONS & LOCATION

Beautifully renovated from end to end. The owners thought of everything to make this place perfect. It's very soacious, the kitchen has all the bells and whistles for even a chef, the patio is an outdoor extension of this gorgeous home, it is close to the lovely pool and in a very central area of Rancho Mirage where there are endless shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this spacious condo - this place will not disappoint even the pickiest - it's fabulous!
