SHOWER HEATER: It is automatically on. Centralized heater. LEFT ROD (hot water) , MID ROD ( on/off), RIGHT ROD ( cold water) Mix temperature of your preference.



*Note: Do NOT UNPLUG CCTV. Penalty of P500 per day. CCTV is only facing the door entrance for us to monitor if guests arrived and left the unit. And for monitoring of the total number of guests that enters the facility. Thank you

2. Pay a security deposit of 1k on gcash

3. Security deposit will be refunded within the day tru gcash or bank transfer also after our housekeeper had thouroughly checked the unit.

Unauthorized visitors will be charge.
7. Please maintain cleanliness before check out.
Stains on linens and property will be charge.
8.Garbage must be thrown in the basement before check out.

9. Pets has a charge of P300 per stay. Only small pets are allowed in the property. Inform us beforehand.

10. Keep all utensils in place, turn off all appliances and lock the door completely.

11. Please inform us that you have checked out already.

NOTE: Water heater is inside the sink cabinet of the bathroom.
