Bedroom 1 includes an extra-large double bed, while the second bedroom has a king size bed and can be unzipped into two single beds if needed, perfect for families, friends, or business travelers. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and toaster. You can take Go North East services like the 60, 65, X6, or ED4 to Seaham. Buses stop on Station Road or Dene House Road, which are just a short walk from Parkview. From Durham, Bus 65 takes around 55 minutes.

Seaham Railway Station is the nearest station, about a 10–15 minute walk from 16 Parkview. Trains run regularly on the Durham Coast Line between Newcastle and Middlesbrough. From Durham, travel typically requires a transfer at Newcastle and takes around 1 hour 20 minutes.
