Nestled within a stunning Grade II listed building, this charming residence blends timeless Georgian elegance with modern comforts.
Step inside to discover grand high ceilings, tall bay windows, and a graceful Georgian-style terrace and entrance that instantly set the tone for your stay. The spacious layout is ideal for families or groups, comfortably accommodating up to ten guests across three stylish bedrooms.

The main bedroom is thoughtfully designed with a king-size bed and two cosy bunk beds - perfect for kids or additional guests. Guests have access to the full apartment.
Access to The Georgian Quarter @ Catharine IV is via a digital door lock. Further details will be provided prior to check-in.
Pay & display parking is available around Liverpool. A list of nearby options will be provided prior to check-in.
Please note that there are currently external work being carried out at the address with a scaffolding structure in situ. Please be aware of your own safety going in and out of the building and we apologies in advance for the inconvenience caused.
Please note that scaffolding will be on the building from 10th February until 26th March.

Throughout the months of April and May 2026, there will be an external scaffolding structure at the front & back of the building.
There are also internal works going on in other parts of the building, within Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm and moderate amount of noises are to be expected.
