The property is new, well-designed, well-equipped, very clean, and well-maintained. You can clearly say that people care about their visitors. Location is great, it is close to the main attractions and sights in the area. Location is convenient, there is a store in front of the property, and a bunch of local restaurants with good food. The manager is very responsive.The downsides are close proximity to the road and some noise from the passing vehicles and motorcycles. In addition, the property is in an area that is still developing. Construction is ongoing along the sides of the backyard. The construction workers enjoy their time during the nighttime, there was an extremely loud folk music or karaoke from 12 am till 5 am on one night, which downgraded all the vacation spent on the property...

Nos alegra muchísimo saber que estos aspectos hicieron que su estancia fuera agradable, ya que ponemos mucho esfuerzo y cariño en cuidar cada detalle para nuestros huéspedes. Lamentamos de corazón que su descanso se haya visto afectado por el ruido durante una de las noches. Entendemos perfectamente lo frustrante que puede resultar, especialmente cuando se está de vacaciones. Aunque las obras y las actividades en la zona no dependen de nosotros, eso no significa que no nos importe lo ocurrido. Hemos tomado nota de la situación y la hemos comunicado para intentar evitar que algo similar vuelva a suceder. Valoramos sinceramente que haya compartido su experiencia, ya que nos ayuda a estar más atentos y a seguir mejorando. My family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids ages 9 & 15) stayed here for 4 nights in March and really enjoyed it. Property is spotless and we felt it was more spacious than the pictures. We loved the pool - smaller than an actual pool but bigger than a hot tub. We preferred the temp setting to be warm, not hot - Rebecca will set it to whatever temp you'd like. My 9 yr old played in here whenever we were there, and it was a great spot to have coffee in the mornings, as well as cocktails at night. Rebecca was excellent at communicating, replying to questions within minutes via Whatsapp. The alarm system takes a bit to get used to, it's very thorough! But once you do it's easy. The pictures of the surrounding land of the property should be updated, there is a house being constructed right next door. We weren't bothered by minimal construction, and workers were gone for the day by 5pm. We were so busy with activities away from the property we hardly noticed. The house is in a great location, but the road it's on does have traffic noise - we were so exhausted at night it didn't bother us at all. The market across the street is convenient, and we enjoyed walking to the El Salto rope swing from here. The free wristbands to Los Lagos were appreciated - we had so much fun there. Overall an excellent value for what you pay!
