Great property just 5 minutes drive from downtown La Fortuna and excellent location to visit all main attractions 5 to 20 minutes drive from the house. Modern house with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with hot water, air conditioning throughout the house (Bedrooms, living room and kitchen areas), private pool, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi (100 megabytes), living room with smart TV and parking on site.

Air conditioning throughout the house (Bedrooms, living room and kitchen areas), you will be able to relax and cool off after your daily adventures or keep it cool if you want to hang out in the house.

Bedroom distribution:
Bedroom 1: King sized bed, A/C unit and private bathroom with hot water.
Bedroom 2. Queen bed and A/C unit - Access to full bathroom.
Bedroom 3. Queen bed and A/C unit - Access to full bathroom.

The kitchen is ready to be use and prepare delicious meals during your stay, in case you want we can get you a private chef during your stay (It has an extra cost); living room has a smart TV of 42 inches and an excellent WiFi service (100 megabytes).

There are surveillance cameras around the house, the one by the pool is not connected.

House is open style, you can close all areas only the pool and dinning areas are outside the house, is the rain forest so bugs will be around but not an issue.

Families will little kids always must be aware of them, the pool is open and the areas around the house are good to walk but with adult supervision.

We have an office in downtown La Fortuna, you can look us as The House of Tours where our guests for can come and we will provide a quick welcome information about the area, also we have excellent rates for all the tours in La Fortuna/Arenal Volcano area, we are open everyday from 8 AM to 7 PM.

The office is located by the central park, central location and good parking area. We will be please to meet you :)
