This elegant Fulham home offers the perfect blend of classic charm and modern comfort, with beautifully styled interiors and versatile living spaces that make it ideal for families or groups looking to enjoy a stylish London stay. With its spacious layout, private garden, and prime location close to the river, this property provides both a welcoming retreat and easy access to the vibrant neighbourhoods of West London.
The home accommodates up to seven guests across four comfortable bedrooms. Sleeping arrangements include one king-sized bed, two doubles, and a single bunk bed which is with a built-in desk and shelving underneath, it maximises space while offering a dedicated area for study, work, or play, making it a flexible choice for both families and friends. There are two bathrooms: one featuring a luxurious bathtub, walk-in rainfall shower, and twin sinks, and another with a sleek modern shower, ensuring comfort and convenience for all. The property is set over the ground floor with internal stairs leading between levels, offering a natural flow throughout the home.
The main living room is styled with timeless sophistication, featuring soft neutral tones, plush seating, and tasteful artwork. Large sash windows with shutters fill the room with natural light, while an ornate fireplace and decorative shelving add charm and character. A second reception room with a grand piano and fireplace provides a refined setting for entertaining or simply enjoying music at home. An additional lounge opens directly onto the garden, complete with a wall-mounted TV, vibrant cushions, and doors to the outdoor space — perfect for film nights, relaxing with family, or enjoying indoor–outdoor living.
The spacious open-plan kitchen is a true highlight, combining sleek design with practical features. White cabinetry, glossy black countertops, and polished tiled floors create a fresh, contemporary atmosphere. A large central island with bar seating makes it ideal for casual breakfasts or evening drinks, while the adjoining dining area is perfect for family meals and gatherings. With direct access to the garden through full-length doors, this space is designed for both everyday living and summer entertaining.
Please Note: As this is the family’s home, you’ll notice some personal touches throughout — we kindly ask that guests respect and enjoy them during their stay.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
We suggest, in order to avoid any charges, to check and report any damages or faulty items and appliances by contacting us on guest @ cityrelay com
