I was lucky to be born in La Paz & I have seen other areas nearby develop over the years, but El Sargento caught my eye for many reasons, Lets be honest first my love for windsurfing & now I kite and I love it! the great life style that we have in this place is just the best! We love it so much and now we live full time in this beautiful place.
