Good communication with the owner. The place is clean and modern. Beds are comfortable, and the AC is icy. It is in a great area only a block away from the beach, with so many lovely restaurants nearby. The downside to this prime location it is rather loud. My only concern besides the noise is that the water pressure isn’t the best in the water fall showers. I enjoyed all the local pets as well. They’re very friendly.
