Villa Isabella se encuentra en la cima de Gringo Hill y es una escapada tranquila y apacible de la concurrida localidad de Sayulita, aunque a un corto paseo de la playa y del centro de la ciudad. Pase el día descansando junto a la piscina en nuestra piscina de agua salada o relájese en uno de sus dos patios privados, que tienen comedor al aire libre, una cama y una hamaca, perfecto para tomar un café al amanecer, tomar el sol, yoga o cócteles al atardecer.

Su conserje personal lo ayudará a hacer todos los arreglos que pueda necesitar, de modo que pueda disfrutar de unas vacaciones verdaderamente relajantes.

Esta hermosa casa de arquitectura abierta le dará la sensación de México. Con un conserje personal, descubrirá que tiene una combinación única de lujo y "confort bohemio". Villa Isabella es un ambiente muy relajado sin sacrificar los refinamientos a los que está acostumbrado en casa.

Todas las unidades de Villa Isabella tienen su propio espacio en el patio al aire libre con hamacas (esta unidad también tiene un patio privado en la azotea con vista al mar), así como acceso a la piscina. La propiedad es muy segura (cerrada, muros de seguridad), así como las casas individuales. Te sentirás muy seguro y nunca hemos tenido un incidente de ruptura o robo.

Proporcionamos agua purificada, café, toallas y servicio de limpieza 3 veces por semana. La cama es súper cómoda con sábanas y ropa de cama de lujo. Además, con una cocina completa, ¡puedes preparar comidas en casa!

También le brindamos una guía de nuestras recomendaciones favoritas en la ciudad. Jonathan, su conserje, también está disponible en persona para cualquier cosa que pueda necesitar durante su estadía, desde reservaciones hasta toallas limpias, se asegurará de que se sienta como en casa.

Estamos lo suficientemente lejos de la ciudad como para que el ruido y la música de los bares y restaurantes no nos lleguen, pero estamos a una caminata rápida si eso es algo que le interesa hacer.

** Notas de verano: entre los meses de julio y octubre Sayulita está en "temporada de construcción". Esta ciudad está creciendo y está creciendo RÁPIDAMENTE. Las personas tienden a construir entre estos meses y aunque nunca alquilaremos la Casa mientras estamos haciendo un trabajo sustancial, el vecindario (y toda la ciudad) puede estar ocupado y ruidoso durante el día. Por favor tenga esto en cuenta.

El paseo a Villa Isabella tiene hermosas vistas de la jungla. La piscina es una excelente manera de refrescarse después de disfrutar del paisaje. ¡También puede alquilar un carrito de golf en la ciudad y subir directamente a la cima de Gringo Hill a Villa Isabella!

Only a 9-10min walk to the beach and into town. Nice private stay. It was very quiet. The host was very attentive and helped us with anything we needed. We stayed for 2 weeks; and thoroughly enjoyed our time. There is an outdoor closet on the bottom floor with beach chairs and beach umbrellas. The water jug was a life saver and they promptly refill it for you when you need. They also provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a blow dryer, and beach towels. They have a Keurig coffee maker with a reusable coffee filter so all you need is ground coffee. The only negative, is that this property is on a bit of a hill and could be challenging for some.

I loved the open air feel of this property. Very quiet hideaway. The rooftop offered amazing panoramic views of the countryside and the stargazing was splendid.

Beautiful quiet villa

We loved this villa. It was up on the hill away from the noise of town. Easy walk down to town for food. The pool was great. We loved the private roof and the deck. Spacious and beautiful inside. Jonathan was great and very helpful during our stay.

This one is hard to review. Based on the description of property it did meet most of our expectations. The pool was nice but the water feature and filter was never on. Services for concierge, info booklet and cleaning services was never provided on our 7 day stay. We did find the linen closet ourselves to get towel refresh. Found out on day 3 from other guests staying there, beach chairs and umbrellas were available for use in another closet under the stairs, so that was nice. Our patio did not have any seating for eating like the others and the roof top had chairs but none of the cushions were available so we couldn’t use them. Not saying I wouldn’t stay here again but they need to update photos and description if unable to meet that expectation.

Our stay in Sayulita

We loved everything about Villa Isabella! Windows everywhere looking out on lush landscape and ocean views. The rooftop patio was our favorite. Jonathan took care of our airport transfers and the driver, Teo, was there to pick us up even when our flight was delayed and he went out of his way to give us tips on places to eat, etc. The condo is so clean, comfortable bed, awesome shower...we loved the drinking water dispenser...a life saver. The walk is pretty steep on cobblestone streets so it is not for the physically challenged. The town of Sayulita is adorable...great food. We hiked the jungle trail to San Pancho (another cute town) and also did the half day snorkel and whale watching tour to Las Marietas. So worth it!

Casa Isabella was absolutely wonderful. The hilltop neighborhood is very tropical, peaceful, & close to town. The territorial & ocean view from the private rooftop deck is magnificent. I loved the large veranda complete with hammock & wide built in cushioned sofa. The tropical poolside setting was great.. loved the waterfall at the pool. The floor plan of this large studio space was perfect & the king size bed was really comfortable. Jonathan is one of the kindest, most personable people I’ve ever met. He went out of his way to make my stay perfect. He provided fresh coconuts & drove me to my second Sayulita villa in his golf cart. I became friends with his sister while I visited too! I highly recommend staying at Casa Isabella. The extreme bumpy cobblestone street leading down to town was hard on my feet. A golf cart would have made it better for me. I took a taxi home up the steep hill each night.

Quiet Oasis above Sayulita

Stunning studio with view from balcony to the ocean and access to a rooftop deck with even better views. This is at the top of the hill so the views are great. Lush landscaping and spotless room. Yet only a few minute walk into town! Feels new but has authentic Mexican style. Would return! House manager Johnathan is awesome and helpful.

Quiet and relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay and found our accommodations to be a comfortable little nest up on the hill. Close to the square and all the restaurants yet far enough to not hear the busyness down below of Sayulita town. We appreciate that Jonathan and Sarah were there to help with anything we needed. Only caveat is that the kitchen needs to be a little better equipped for the quality of this property

Excellent property

The villa was exactly as described and more. Absolutely spotless on arrival and meticulous cleaning service every 2 days. Jonathan was always prompt on answering our questions before arrival and made our arrival smooth. The villa itself is like paradise, quiet and serene. The road to town is steep and rough so the rental of a golf cart was perfect. Definitely will return and would highly recommend this place .

From bad to good

When we arrived at the villa we were unable to access the road due to construction which made for a long and angry few hours driving in circles. Once we were able to get to the location we were unable to get inside as there was a gate code and no one was there to greet us. It became very stressful as I was not aware we needed a code . I tried to send an email through VRBO and it stated the listing was unavailable, when I tried to call the number, it was disconnected and at this point my heart sunk thinking we were scammed. At this point my Husband told me to change our flight and we were going home. While I was looking at flights my Husband made some calls was able to get in touch with Jonathan and he showed up within 5 minutes. By then I was in tears and stressed out but Jonathan apologized and informed us how Mexico just changed something in regards to their phone systems which is why I was unable to get ahold of him. (Not sure how my husband made it work, but thank god he did) The villa was beautiful and peaceful, quiet and clean. We spent the nights laying outside on the hammock taking in all the nature sounds. We spent ALOT of time in the pool which was a great place to cool off. Though, at one point a little boy just walked in the side gate and stared at us which made us wonder how secure everything really was and who this kid belonged to. It was a 6 min walk straight down a path off the side gate to the city center, which we did multiple times a day. The location was great and everything was beautiful and Jonathan was helpful. We would definitely come and stay again . Though now I know to receive all the needed information before we arrive. It startedj off horrible but thankfully ended great. I would also ask for an ant spray because the amount of little ants were overwhelming and on everything. Overall it was great and quiet and peaceful. I only gave 4 stars due to how it started. I definitely didn’t want to be in tears.

LOVED our stay here!!! Truly was a great location for us, away from the noise of town...beautiful ocean view from rooftop patio!! Spent every morning up there! The casita itself was perfect!! We so enjoyed the outdoor couch and hammock...felt like we were living in the trees...and the pool area is beautiful!! Jonathan was AWESOME!!! :) Yes this place is located up on a hill but we enjoyed walking especially after dinner! If you would like to rent a golf cart I highly recommend Roys!!! We did use them for a few days! My husband and I spent 2 weeks here and we didn't want to leave!! The hosts and house manager were very quick to respond to any questions or needs we may have!! We WILL be back and definitely stay here again!!!
