The kitchen, enhanced by a wood stove and a large dining table, is fully equipped with all necessary appliances: a four-burner stove, dishwasher, large oven, refrigerator with freezer, and washing machine. La Vignaccia is just 1650 feet (500 metri) from the small village of Pergine Valdarno. The nearest supermarket is in Levan at 7km more or less and in the city of Arezzo and Montevarchi the guest will find several shopping centers. The Farmhouse at "La Vignaccia" is perfect for families and group of friends looking to explore Tuscany. The villa is located near many of the region's top attractions, including the charming medieval towns of Arezzo, Siena and Cortona, the famous wine region of Chianti is just 30 minutes and you can reach Florence in less than an hour. In the small village of Pergine Valdarno (just 500 mt - 1650 feet) you will find small shops and a typical restaurant that all guests enjoy, while the nearest supermarket is in Levane at 7km and in the city of Arezzo and Montevarchi the guest will find several shopping centers. You can easily reach the "Vignaccia" by car (the A1 motorway is just 12 miles, 20 km). The nearest airports are Florence and Pisa. Pool and additional Information Pool The pool is open from May 1st to October 1st. Heating During the Winter Months To ensure your comfort during the colder periods, heating is available at La Vignaccia. La Vignaccia features an independent heating system, allowing you to adjust the temperature to your desired comfort level. Please note: The cost of heating is extra and will be calculated based on your actual consumption. A meter will track your actual methane gas consumption for heating. This usage will be charged at the end of your stay at a rate of €2.5 per m3.
