The house is lovely and the grounds are superb. We enjoyed the fire pit, the patio area down by the pool, and the welcoming feel of the whole place. We did most of our cooking in the downstairs kitchen, which could use a few more well-placed electrical outlets. The bathrooms are spacious and towels are provided. Ivo and Novella (siblings) are lovely people and super friendly and helpful. The pool was well kept and swimming was lovely. Be aware of the occasional scorpion! They're small enough not to hurt you, but don't be shocked when you see one! We escorted three outside, but they didn't seem to mind.The nights are peaceful and you can hear the owls and the crickets. There's no AC, and we slept with the windows closed because of mosquitos, but it was fine.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay -- we were a party of nine and the house suited us perfectly. Highly recommended for a group of friends or for a family (or two). Such a treat. Grazie mille Ivo and Novella! Ciao!

All in all it was a great holiday, the villa is charming and the views were very special. Novella was absolutely first class! She could not have made us feel more welcome or been more helpful. She is an absolute superstar, her cooking course was amazing and she went above and beyond to assist us at every turn. Thank you very much indeed.

We had the most wonderful holiday ever! The villa itself has everything you need for a relaxing getaway holiday. We enjoyed memorable sunsets while swimming in the pool with a glass of wine. Kids also loved the pool and played there all day long. The Agni Team was extremely helpful & they gave us lots of useful information & contact numbers for the local area. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa.

Villa is very peaceful. The villa was spacious and nicely furnished. Just what we looking for when making research for booking an apartment, cozy, clean, and well decorated. The location and the villa are perfect for a quiet relaxed holiday. Enough far from the crowd places but still near to almost everything: local places to visit, restaurants, tavernas, bars... We visited San Piero and Bibbiena (10 min driving). Also, we liked their local wines and you need to try them while you are there. We are already planning our next trip to Tuscany and highly recommend Villa Bellavista!

Villa Bellavista is one of the nicest places we ever stayed. Peaceful, quiet, overwhelming nature, lots of bird and as the name suggest, stunning views. Very friendly owners/caretakers who supplied us with homemade food and olive oil. We will surely be back.

We did some hiking and other activities during our stay there and our family had a wonderful time...

We did some hiking and other activities during our stay there and our family had a wonderful time together. We kept visiting near places (Bibbiena, Arezzo, and Subbiano) during our stay and enjoyed the food at local restaurants there. The pool was clean and a great size with plenty of space around to get the sun and a large covered area if you prefer less sun. The outside garden area was a PLUS, our kids used it as a home playground and also liked the pool area. We also visited natural parks around the Arezzo region and enjoyed great hiking trails (tours). We found people at Province of Arezzo to be very friendly and nice. We enjoyed their hospitality and their help in pointing out the directions, places to visit, and what local specialties to try. Overall we enjoyed our holiday at Villa Bellavista and we are planning to visit the Arrezo region next year as well.

This villa offer a stunning scenery, amazing views and it is the most peaceful place I have ever visited. Clean, private, and comfortable villa with rustic-traditional decorations. The rooms are comfortable and have lots of storage. Couldnt fault the villa at all. Outside are a great pool and garden, where you can play with kids. We visited Bibbiena and Arezzo a couple of times and really enjoyed tasting delicious Italian specialties in local restaurants there. Very satisfied that we booked this villa and we definitely book it again for the next year.

Perfekter Urlaub mit Freunden

Waren 9 junge Erwachsene und konnten ab und zu auch etwas lauter sein. Keine Nachbarn weit und breit. Sehr großer sauberer Pool und sogar ein Volleyball Feld. Alles wurde reichlich genutzt. Einfach ein Traum, um ungestört seinen Urlaub in der Toskana zu genießen ! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war etwas schwierig, da nur italienisch gesprochen wurde. Sonst einfach super
