This 1922 cozy vintage style colonial home has all of the amenities of the modern day living. This home was fully renovated with new HVAC, on-demand hot water, WIFI and holds the charm to host guests. You can cook a great meal for your family and friends while on vacation. It has Jenn Air appliances (double oven, stove top, refrig. and microwave), granite counter tops, garbage disposal, LG washer/dryer and an original 1910 cabinet and claw foot tub. The house was restored with its original hard wood doors with skeleton keys and claw foot tub. It's only 5 miles from Dune Road.

• 2400 square foot colonial house on 1.25 acres in Quiogue, Suffolk County, NY
• 3 bedrooms (2nd fl - 2 -Queen beds/2 Twins-Sleeps 6) and 1 bedroom/den (1st fl- 1 double futon bed)
• Each room has a writing desk and comfortable chairs
• Each room has the original doors restored skeleton key locks and closet doors
• Sleeps 6 comfortable
• 2 fully renovated bathrooms (2nd floor w/ original 1922 claw foot tub)
• Brand new Dual HVAC/AC systems (1st and 2nd floors separate systems)
• Newly renovated kitchen with granite counter top, Jenn Air appliances (stove, double oven, microwave and refrigerator.) , and garbage disposal
• State-of-The Art On demand hot water systems
• New LG washer and dryer in mud room
• 1st floor pallor full length of house
• Security System
• Each bedroom has an heirloom from the family legacy
• Flat screen TV in each bedroom and living room
• Cable TV and Wi-Fi
• Outdoor paved patio with BBQ and fire pit
• No smoking or pets are allowed

But most of all.... it has the charm and warmth that welcomes all those who enter.

The longest period i can rent is 30 days.

The Perfect Long-Weekend Getaway

Everything about "The Pearl" was perfect, clean and convenient! The place is nicely renovated but still preserves its 1920s historic charm with the wooden shingles.I could smell the cleaning products when I stepped foot in the house and it was clean in every way. Danny was extremely responsive, with literally 2-5 mins response time and they were very accommodating with our request to stay an extra few hours to enjoy the beach before we had back to the city. It would be fantastic to have shampoo and maybe adding a comfortable seating group next year to enjoy the fire pit because we are definitely hoping to come back! Cheers to Paulette and Danny!

Clean and Comfortable

We had a great time! The house was very spotless and very comfortable. The entire process was seamless and the house manager was super responsive and helpful.
