De Uitkijk offers a bright and stylish living room with a comfortable seating area, flat-screen TV, and large windows that overlook the surrounding natural landscape. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, and a round dining table – ideal for enjoying a hearty breakfast or a cozy game night together.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms

This dune house features three comfortable bedrooms located in the basement level (souterrain), each furnished with luxurious box-spring beds from Treca de Paris. Two elegant bathrooms provide extra comfort: one includes a walk-in shower and sink, the other offers a shower, bathtub, and sink. A separate toilet is also available.



Outdoor Living

At the rear of the house, you’ll find a lovely veranda and a deeply sheltered terrace with garden furniture – the perfect spot to soak up the evening sun or enjoy a good book in the afternoon. The natural surroundings invite you to walk, cycle, or simply relax to the sound of birdsong.

This holiday home was recently completed. The dune landscape surrounding the house will still look bare for the first few months, but planting will begin in winter and the area will gradually come into full bloom.

De Uitkijk is situated in the dune area between Nes and Buren, two charming villages on Ameland with shops, restaurants, and lively terraces. From the house, you can reach the dunes, beach, and various hiking and cycling routes within minutes.

Deposit
For most holiday homes, a security deposit applies, which is charged separately. This is stated on the confirmation from Eiland Verhuur. The deposit is paid together with the remaining balance and will be refunded within 14 days, provided no damage has been found after departure.
