Layout house
Through the entrance you come to the cloakroom and guest toilet. The luxurious open kitchen with cooking island is very complete and equipped with all conveniences. In line with the cooking island is a spacious dining table (for 10 people) followed by the attractive living room with comfortable sitting area, lovely hanging chairs, flat screen television, underfloor heating and a wood-burning fireplace. The separate utility room (with its own entrance) has an extra cloakroom, washing machine and dryer.

Bedrooms (4)
On the ground floor is a bedroom with sliding doors from the living room. This room has 2 box-spring beds (90x200cm) and an ensuite bathroom (shower and double sink). You also reach the terrace through sliding doors.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms:
- A spacious bedroom with 2 box-spring beds (80x200cm).
- One with 2 box-spring beds (90x200cm) and an extra sleeping option in the form of a spacious box bed (160x200cm). 2 more people can sleep here.
- A bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and a separate sofa bed for one person (80x200cm).

The sofa bed and/or box bed are for the 9th/10th person (or with a preferred layout). When booking, you can indicate which extras you would like to use and we will make sure that they are made up.

Bathrooms (2)
The ensuite bathroom is on the ground floor with double sink and walk-in rain shower. On the first floor there is a large bathroom with double sinks, a spacious bath and a walk-in rain shower.

Outside
Through the sliding doors from the living room and bedroom you reach the veranda and the terrace with the large garden. The terrace has a dining table for 10 persons and a nice lounge set.
 
The private parking space in front of the house offers space for 2 cars and several bicycles.

Deposit
For most holiday homes, a security deposit applies, which is charged separately. This is stated on the confirmation from Eiland Verhuur. The deposit is paid together with the remaining balance and will be refunded within 14 days, provided no damage has been found after departure.
