Welcome to our charming one-bedroom flat! It's the perfect home base for exploring Scotland, especially the stunning Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park, which is just a short drive away.
Located in the quiet town of Alexandria, our cosy flat is a great retreat for solo travellers or couples looking to relax after a day of adventure.
The Space:
Our flat is a small but a perfectly formed one bedroom with a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a peaceful bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom features a shower over the tub.
Guest Access:
The guests will have full private access to the property during their stay. This includes a dedicated entrance. Free on-street parking is available directly outside the property.
The Neighborhood:
Our flat is nestled in a peaceful, residential area of Alexandria, a historic town known as the "Gateway to Loch Lomond." While it has a quiet, suburban feel, you're just a short walk from the town centre with its local pubs, small shops, and essential amenities like supermarkets and a library.
The neighbourhood is perfect for those who want a tranquil base with easy access to adventure. You can enjoy a leisurely walk along the River Leven, which runs through the town, or head to the nearby Christie Park. It's a friendly and welcoming community, and you'll find it's a great spot to experience a more authentic slice of Scottish life, away from the typical tourist crowds.
Getting Around:
The property is just an 8-minute walk from Alexandria Train Station, making travel around Scotland easy. Glasgow International Airport is under 30 minutes by taxi, and Uber operates in the area - simply book via the app for convenient rides.
Other Things to Note:
We can arrange rental of a high chair and travel cot upon request during your stay.
Please note, check-in is not available on 25th December and 1st January.
For insurance reasons, the lead guest must be over 25 years old, and ID verification is required for all bookings.
