Apartment Tramuntana is a newly renovated holiday apartment, just 7 minutes´ walk from the spectacular beaches of Puerto Pollensa.



The apartment has two good-sized bedrooms, each with its own fully equipped bathroom. The main, double room (with a 160cm bed) has a bathroom with a shower over the bath (ideal for children). The other bedroom is a twin (the beds can be pushed together) and its bathroom has a walk-in shower.



Bursting with light and mountain views, apartment Tramuntana has a comfortable, open plan living/dining room and very well-equipped modern kitchen. All appliances are new!



There are two terraces, one off the kitchen, perfect for enjoying relaxed meals. The second is a large roof terrace accessed via a spiral staircase. Here you can enjoy magnificent views, including of Pollensa Bay (just!). A real sun trap, this is The Place to soak up some sun and enjoy a cool evening drink.



Located on the second floor (there is a lift!), in a quiet, well-maintained block, the apartment has a wonderful swimming pool, shared with only 9 other apartments (although many never use the pool).



There is good WiFi throughout, and AC. Please note, AC is available from 1 - 3pm and 8pm until 6am.



The apartment is perfect for a couple, young family or two friends sharing.
