apartamento moderno y renovado. Es ideal para aquellas familias que deseen disfrutar de restaurantes, tiendas y playas de Puerto Pollensa sin coger el coche. En el techo hay una gran terraza con una barbacoa y una maravillosa relajarse disfrutando de las vistas espectaculares del mar y sus montañas distintivas.

What a beautiful apartment contact with host and joining instructions perfect. Spotlessly clean and well appointed, 2 icings on cake the welcome pack and the roof terrace with bbq ( used many times ) supermarket 5 min walk as well as beach and restaurant would definitely use again and highly recommend to others thank you for allowing us to share your piece of paradise John , Liz , rhonda

Perfect family apartment close to the beach.

We had a fantastic stay in the apartment, it has everything you might need to make your stay amazing. Only a 3 minute walk to the beach. Sea views from the roof terrace made having a BBQ up there extra special. Highly recommended.

Fantastic well equipped and clean property with a stunning roof terrace. The place had everything you would need for your holiday and my only personal downside is I had to leave at the end of my holiday. I would say people with some walking difficulties would struggle to get on the roof but that was not a concern for me or my family.

Very nice and spacious apartment. We were a family of two adults and two teenage kids. The apartment is very well equipped and we loved to spend time on the roof top terrasse. We loved the area and had many good trips to cap Formentor, isolated cala’s, market in Polenta etc. Very good and friendly communication with our host and we were very positively surprised when there were cleaning of the apartment also during the week.Definitely an apartment we will consider next time we come to Port Polensa.

Great location

Very comfortable accommodation and very well located in town. The roof terrace is a real bonus with views of the mountains one side and the sea. Well equipped kitchen do you can do your own cooking (BBQ on the terrace). All in all very happy with our stay.

Great apartment in ideal location

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely comfortable apartment. The location is ideal for supermarkets, and lots of bars and restaurants. Also only a few minutes to the beach. The roof terrace was just perfect for an evening drink with a cool breeze. Patricia was very helpful and quick to respond. I would definitely think about staying here again.

Fantastic apartments with roof terrace

Fantastic centrally located apartment. Spacious, comfortable and very well equipped with absolutely everything you need. The roof top terrace is amazing and is the selling point of this property. Pool is good too. Overall this was a fantastic apartment which complemented another amazing stay in Puerto Pollenca.

Excellent accommodation

Property was exceptional in every respect. Spotlessly clean and with everything you could want provided. The roof terrace was fantastic. Location was very central but not too noisy. Lovely pool area too but we didn't use it as we preferred the roof terrace. Excellent communication with the property manager. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would definitely love to return there.

Great apartment in convenient location

This is a great apartment, it’s clean, nicely laid out and in a very convenient location. It’s very handy for the beach and for walking into the town and accessing shops and restaurants. We found it to be very well equipped and we loved the roof terrace and spent a lot of time up there enjoying the sun and the views. There was a cleaning and towel changing service three times in our two weeks. Our host Patricia was excellent at communicating and was helpful. In our opinion the apartment is good for four people, but not six. The third bedroom with the bunk beds is very small, has no aircon and is located directly off the kitchen. The apartments location is great in terms of its convenience. We were able to easily walk to the beach and the town, with its numerous restaurants, all just a few minutes away. A large supermarket is just a couple of minutes walk. Whilst the location is convenient, there is a slight downside, and that is noise. The apartment faces a very busy car park. Traffic is coming and going virtually permanently. There is a junction which is a feeder road from the Puerto Pollensa coast road close to the apartment, this road can be very busy. The nearly petrol station has a noisy car wash. Finally residents like their dogs and barking dogs are everywhere. If you like peace and quiet on your holiday, this apartment may not be the one for you, despite how lovely and nicely appointed it is. We had a great time, loved the apartment, but not the noisy location.

Great apartment, would definitely recommend

Great apartment. Highlight was the fantastic roof terrace. Once you navigated the tight metal spiral staircase it was wonderful when you got to the top. The space and views were amazing. The apartment itself was also great. Two good sized bedrooms with double beds and great air conditioning. Large wardrobes and space around the bed and enough room for the suitcase to remain open on the floor at the bottom of the bed. A bathroom with a double sink and a shower over the bath right next door to those bedrooms. My two adult sons (23 and 19) had one of those rooms each and it worked perfectly. There is a smaller shower room which I used. Both super facilities, not the most modern fixtures and fittings but worked just as well. Then through some double doors into a lovely large sitting room with a large dining room table. Small balcony off the sitting room. Kitchen off the sitting room which was a great size and all you would need facility wise. Again not the most up to date but everything in it you would require and the most lovely view from the window.Then what may have originally been a pantry - a sliding door (from the kitchen) into a very small room with a window, a bunk bed in it and a tall but narrow chest of drawers and a chair. No air conditioning. I (me being mum) stayed in there I hung my clothes on the side of the bunk beds, kept the door into the kitchen open, kept the kitchen door into the sitting room open and used the air conditioning from the sitting room.Great find

Perfect in every way

Absolutely faultless. Spacious, spotless, very well equipped with a fabulous roof terrace and stunning views. The owners really have thought of everything. Patricia is a fantastic hostess who went out of her way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The maids also do an excellent job looking after the apartment. We even had the shared pool to ourselves for much of the time. Highly recommended. Janet and Andy

Absolutely fantastic!

Gorgeous apartment, so clean and full of everything you could possibly need for your stay and more. No shade by the pool but parasol provided as soon as we mentioned this... cleaners came in mid week. Would highly recommend staying here, you won't regret it.

Fabulous apartment with huge roof terrace. Probably the most well equipped property we have ever stayed in, and very clean. The welcome hamper was a nice touch. A great place to stay.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Die Wohnung liegt nahe zur Innenstadt und zum Strand. Sie ist bestens ausgestattet, besonders die Küche. Auf der Dachterrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Rundumblick. Für jede Gelegenheit gibt es die passende Sitzmöglichkeit. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Port Pollenca verbracht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Insgesamt schöne Unterkunft

Und hat zum größten Teil alles gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Zimmer neben der Küche ist allerdings gar nicht zum Übernachten geeignet. Es ist hellhörig, eng und insbesondere für die Benutzung für Kinder nicht sinnvoll platziert.

Superb Apartment

What a great apartment this is. Set in an ideal location close to all the restaurants and only a short stroll to the beach The apartment itself is very well equipped with all the creature comforts you may need Very spacious and also has a maid service which was a pleasant surprise (we weren't expecting that) If you are looking for a quality well located apartment this fits the bill!
