Step into paradise - this spacious, modern apartment boasts a stunning balcony just 200m (a 3-min stroll!) from the beach and within easy walking distance of the city's vibrant entertainment scene. It has everything for your perfect STAY!



A lovely 2 bedroom apartment located in a very convenient area of Limassol, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, its own privatebalcony, and air condition units in every room of the property. A perfect place for groups of up to 4 people.



As you step inside the apartment, you will find yourself in the living area, which is comprised of the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking pots and utensils you will need to prepare nearly every dish! In the living room, you will find a l comfortable sofa , a small table and a Smart TV, the perfect place to relax while enjoying your favorite show. Also, it has a dedicated workspace. In the living room, you will find a door that leads to your own private balcony. The washing machine is located on the balcony in the storage box.



The apartment also features 2 bedrooms both with air conditioning. One of them have a double bed and a wardrobe. Second bedroom has two single beds. The master bedroom has an en-sute bathroom. Also there is a second bathroom in the apartment. All bathrooms features a shower, hot and cold water, a sink, and a toilet.



The property is located within a short walking distance of a number of restaurants, pubs, convenience stores, and a few beautiful sandy beaches.

GUEST REGISTRATION & RENTAL AGREEMENT SIGNING: All guests must complete our online registration form, sign the rental agreement, and provide identification. This is a requirement outlined in our management agreement with the property owner. The process takes just 1 minute to complete. Our data handling aligns with the 7 principles of the GDPR and is deleted from our system within 7 days after your checkout.

This process is mandatory by the Hotels & Tourism Establishments law KΔΤΙ 192/85, Καν. 10 & 64 (1) & (2) and you are required to complete the form to receive the key collection information prior to your arrival.



THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION, we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.



PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you can’t find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there!



EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS

• If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed.



• EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost.



• Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of €30/stay for Baby Cot and €10/stay for High Chair



• Airport transportation is available upon request and at extra cost.





FOR SMART TV WITH NO CHANNELS: Our listing includes a smart TV, but it does not have satellite channels. However, feel free to browse the web, watch YouTube, or log in to your Netflix account.



FOR CARDS: Upon check-in, you will receive an energy-saving card attached to your apartment key. Please remember to remove it from the card holder when you leave the apartment.



FOR KEYS: Upon check-in, you will receive ONLY ONE apartment key. We kindly ask that you store it in the key box whenever you go out to prevent it from being misplaced and to ensure it remains accessible to all members of your group.



ELECTRICITY

IMPORTANT - Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Notice:

We are committed to promoting efficient energy use in our community to support sustainability and provide a comfortable stay. Please note the following electricity usage limits:



* Studio or 1 Bedroom Apartment: 130 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 18.5 KWH.

* 2 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 150 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 21.4 KWH.

* 3 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 170 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 24.2 KWH.

* 2 Bedroom Villa with pool: 220 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 31.4 KWH.

* 3 Bedroom Villa pool: 250 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 35.7 KWH.





If your usage exceeds these limits, an additional charge of 0.36 EUR per extra KWH will apply daily. This policy helps ensure fair energy use and encourages mindful consumption, benefiting both the environment and your wallet.
