This apartment is for exclusive and private use for guests with capacity for up to 3 people.
This apartment is located in a modern building built in 2022, the apartment is on the second floor, it has an elevator and you do not need to climb stairs to access the accommodation.
INTERNET: MOVISTAR FIBER OPTIC Internet coverage and speed.
PARKING: It has a private parking lot inside the building, this parking is subject to availability because it is shared with another apartment (also Airbnb), please ask if it is available when making the reservation.
BALCONIES: This apartment has a balcony, one next to the bed overlooking the street and the park. LIVING ROOM: Comfortable sofa bed ideal for sleeping 2 people with approximate size of a DOUBLE bed (1.40m wide), Air conditioning in the space, 55" Smart TV with National channels, can be connected to all platforms such as Netflix, Disney+, Alexa and other video and music platforms.
KITCHEN: Kitchen with everything you need, tableware, cutlery, kitchen utensils, pot set, microwave, toaster, gas stove with odor extractor, coffee maker, refrigerator and freezer.
ROOM: 1 room integrated into the living room.

- Split type air conditioning
- 1.60 m QUEEN bed with comfortable mattress, pillows and high-quality and fresh hotel-type sheets. Night lamps with bedside table with storage on the side of the bed.

Colombian law requires that all guests staying at our facilities must present their identification. To complete registration, a link will be sent once your reservation is confirmed. All guests must use this link to register, upload a photo of their identification, and sign a contract. All of this can be done from the comfort of their cell phones. This registration must be completed prior to arrival to allow access to the property.
There is paid private parking subject to availability, guests must notify to make the reservation.
