This brand new and luxurious 1-bedroom apt. is great for a unique and quiet getaway, a night of work or a long stay in our City. Located in the Prados del Norte neighborhood, a quiet and airy place close to tourist sites in Cali, a few minutes from the airport and the transport terminal. This apartment offers you everything you need for your comfort, with its excellent location you can reach places of high interest such as restaurants, bars, nightclubs, supermarkets, pharmacies and much more.
The space
The apartment is for the exclusive and private use of guests with a capacity of up to 3 people.
This apartment is located in a modern building built in 2022, the apartment is on the sixth floor, it has an elevator and you do not need to climb stairs to access the apartment.
INTERNET: MOVISTAR 900Mb fiber optic speed shared with other units. Internet configured with high-tech TP-link mesh devices.
PARKING: It has a private parking inside the building for an extra cost upon availability.
BALCONY: A balcony with views of the mountains and the northside of the city, you will enjoy the breeze that comes from the mountains in the afternoons and nights.
LIVING ROOM: Comfortable Sofa Bed ideal for sleeping 2 people with an approximate size of a DOUBLE bed (1.40m wide), Air conditioning in the space, 55" Smart TV with DIRECTV premium channels, it can connect to all platforms such as Netflix, Disney+, Alexa and other video and music platforms.
KITCHEN: Kitchen all needed to cook, dinnerware, silverware, kitchen utensils, pots, microwave, toaster, gas stove with extractor fan, coffee maker, fridge and freezer.
ROOM: 1 bedroom integrated into the whole space.

- QUEEN bed (1.60 m width) with a comfortable mattress, pillows and high-quality, fresh hotel-type sheets. Night lamps with storage nightstands on each side of the bed.
- Dark curtains
- 55" Smart TV (the same as in the Living room) with premium DIRECTV channels, it can connect to all platforms such as Netflix, Disney+, Alexa and other video and music platforms.
- Private bathroom for the room with direct access from the room.
BATHROOMS: 1 full bathroom with mirrors, drawers for storage, showers with hot water.
The bathroom is located next to the bed
- Closet with drawers and space to comfortably accommodate your luggage and clothing.
LAUNDRY ROOM: In the kitchen there is a washing machine that can be used free of charge, basic cleaning and cleaning utensils.
Guest access
Access to the building is autonomous, there is no concierge, guests enter and leave the building with the keys that are given to them at the moment of check-in, on some occasions instructions will be provided to enter the apartment (Self check-in). The parking space is subject to availability for an extra cost and if it is available, we'll provide a remote control to open the garage. Once you complete the reservation, the Co-Host will provide you with all the necessary information and will readily available to attend to all your needs or concerns during the stay, the Co-Host will explain everything related to the apartment, the neighborhood, recommendations for tourist places, restaurants, shopping malls, ihe can even provide you the contact number of a trusted Taxi for your airport pick-up and mobility in the city. If you have any special requirements, questions or suggestions, do not hesitate to contact the Co-Host and we will help you with everything you need.

REGISTRATION:
Colombian law requires that all guests staying at our facilities must present their identification. To complete registration, a link will be sent once your reservation is confirmed. All guests must use this link to register, upload a photo of their identification, and sign a contract. All of this can be done from the comfort of their cell phones. This registration must be completed prior to arrival to allow access to the property.
The private parking is subject to availability, however the area is very safe and outside the building there is parking for visitors, you can also use a private parking lot for added security
