The space
This apartment is for exclusive and private use for guests with capacity for up to 4 people.

This apartment is located in a modern building built in 2022, the apartment is on the seventh floor, it has an elevator and you do not need to climb stairs to access the accommodation.

INTERNET: MOVISTAR FIBER OPTIC Internet coverage and speed with a total of 700MEGAS which is shared with other apartments.

PARKING: It has a private parking lot inside the building, this parking is subject to availability because it is shared with another apartment (also Airbnb), please ask if it is available when making the reservation.

BALCONIES: This apartment has two balconies, one next to the TV room with views of the mountains, the insignia of Cristo Rey, Cerro de las tres Cruces, Torre de Cali and west of the city. The other balcony is located right next to the bed with an excellent view to the north of the city of Cali. Due to the height of the apartment you will enjoy the breeze that comes from the mountains in the afternoons and evenings.

LIVING ROOM: Comfortable sofa bed ideal for sleeping 2 people with approximate size of a DOUBLE bed (1.40m wide), Air conditioning in the space, 65" Smart TV with Standard channels, can be connected to all platforms such as Netflix, Disney+, Alexa and other video and music platforms.

KITCHEN: Kitchen with everything you need, tableware, cutlery, kitchen utensils, pot set, microwave, toaster, gas stove with odor extractor, coffee maker, refrigerator and freezer.

GRILL: We have a small grill so you can grill delicious meat with your friends from the apartment's beautiful view.
Guest access
Guests can access the building, use the elevator and reach the apartment, which will be for their private use.
Other things to note
REGISTRATION:
Colombian law requires that all guests staying at our facilities must present their identification. To complete registration, a link will be sent once your reservation is confirmed. All guests must use this link to register, upload a photo of their identification, and sign a contract. All of this can be done from the comfort of their cell phones. This registration must be completed prior to arrival to allow access to the property.

Additional Cleaning Service:
The cleaning fee you pay on the reservation is the cleaning that is done at the time of your departure, this does not include cleaning during your stay, but if you want cleanings during your stay it has an additional cost, please contact us to schedule the extra cleaning with one day in advance.

Transport service:
If you need transportation service from the airport to our accommodation, we have trusted, qualified drivers to pick you up, wait for you at the airport, and take you to our exact location. These trusted drivers can also help transport you during your stay in Cali.
