Villa Eliria B is a graceful apartment situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps four people. From Villa Eliria B you will enjoy a lovely view of the sea. Villa Eliria B is 65 square meters (700 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3.5 km (2.2 miles) from Morciano di Leuca, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles), a grocery store at 2.3 km (roughly 1.4 miles), the bus stop at 2.1 km (roughly 1.3 miles) and the closest beach (Torre Vado beach) at 450 meters (approximately 490 yards).
Villa Eliria B is located on the ground floor of a villa. You will reach it from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Eliria B you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, for a fee, in a parking space. Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you (availability is limited; if you think you will need parking please inquire before placing your reservation). If necessary, you can park along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the patio going up a route that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 20 stairway steps. The pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 5 meters (16 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a lovely view of the garden. You will share the pool with guests staying at 3 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of October.
Patio
The patio is 180 square meters (1940 square feet) large. It is equipped with an external shower. The patio is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Garden
You will reach the garden from the patio going up approximately 17 stairway steps. The garden is 800 square meters (8610 square feet). It is partly shaded by tall trees and by awnings. It is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and a wooden gazebo. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a partial view of the sea. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the patio through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal. You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex. Parking
The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex. The parking space is suitable for two cars.
 Patio
The patio is 8 square meters (86 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning. It is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs. From the patio you will enjoy a partial view of the sea.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable, and include a divan bed for one guest (available upon request with an additional cost -- please contact our staff in advance). In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner induction cooker, a small electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has a window.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a double bed (140 cm/55 inches). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
