La posizione vince

la posizione , perchè è vicina alle spiagge costo dell' affitto , materassi assolutamente da sostituire , divano letto da sostituire , sicurezza : tubo gas scaduto nel 2019 e fuochi cucina non a norma , manutenzione interna ed esterna , accessori cucina da integrare , accessori da esterno da integrare .

Peccato dover ripartire...

La villetta è molto spaziosa, curata e luminosissima... Posizione stategica: si ha la possibilità di raggiungere il mare con una breve passeggiata e, al contempo, di godersi l'assoluta tranquillità e le preziosissime correnti d'aria, essendo ubicata fuori dal paese. Asssistiti per qualsiasi bisogno, ci siamo sentiti tutti a casa. Consigliatissima.
