✔ The kitchen has a stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, cutlery and flatware for 6 guests.

We provide complimentary amenities and supplies upon arrival to enhance your stay. Please note:

● These items are only provided at check-in and are not replenished throughout the stay.

● Additional requests for these amenities and supplies will be subject to an extra fee.

● Many of these items can also be conveniently purchased from nearby stores.

Towels:

● Fresh towels are provided upon arrival.
● Additional towel requests will incur an extra fee.
● For stays longer than 7 days:

The first additional towel request is free of charge.
The second and any subsequent requests will be subject to an additional fee.

Cleaning Request:

● For stays of 28 days or more, we offer a complimentary bi-weekly cleaning service, including towel and linen exchange, to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay.
● For stays of less than 28 days, cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Cleaning & Maintenance Team Working Hours:

● Cleaning & Maintenance Team Availability: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET.
● Emergency Maintenance: Extended until 10:00 PM CET, subject to analysis.
● Guest support is available from 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM CET

Other things to note
Pets may be allowed upon request, subject to approval and an additional deposit.

- Metro: The nearest metro station, Hermann-Debroux, is just a 10-minute walk away, connecting you to the heart of Brussels in approximately 20 minutes.
- Bus: Numerous bus lines run close to the apartment, providing easy access to various parts of the city
- Tram: Tram 8 at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel station is just 5 minutes away on foot.

Other Things to Note:
To protect our community, we may request a copy of your ID and a deposit which will be charged in the case of a house rules violation. For mid and long-term bookings, a security deposit and a rental agreement are necessary.

Events, parties, gatherings in a larger number of the guests than the ones in the reservation are not allowed. Should this happen, we are entitled to terminate the reservation with immediate effect with no reimbursement.

Unless agreed, check-out is at 11am. We offer late check-out options whenever possible, so feel free to contact us.

Smoking is forbidden in the property or premises of the building. In the event a guest smokes in the property, the property will require a much deeper cleaning and we may have to keep the property empty for 24H/48h to remove any traces of the smell. Should this occur, we may request you a surcharge.

Pet Policy:

We’re happy to welcome small dogs (under 13 kg)! Approval is required to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.

Here’s what you need to know:

Pets Accepted: Small dogs under 13 kg only. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats or other pets.

Approval Process: Let us know your dog’s breed, size, and any relevant details for pre-approval.

Security Deposit: A refundable deposit is required to cover any potential damages or extra cleaning.

Guest Responsibility: We kindly ask that your dog is well-behaved, house-trained, and does not disturb the neighbors.
