Labor Day Weekend

  • 5 of 5

We loved it! The photos do not do the cabin justice. The kitchen is perfect to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner, the upstairs bed was sooo comfortable and the cabin was decorated so nicely. Everything was so wonderful and we were so sad to leave. It was so peaceful, the hammock was so relaxing. Sitting on the front porch in the early hours was so nice. We especially enjoyed hearing the river. We will definately be back. The road up was such an adventure and we are so glad we brought the Tahoe! This cabin is so relaxing and so romantic. You feel like there is no one else around. It was so difficult to actually venture out and visit the area because we didn't want to leave the cabin.

As advertised.

  • 5 of 5

Just as described, would not change a thing. Private, while still be close to everything. Will stay again if given half the chance. Just as a heads up, check out the Glass Onion restaurant in Weaverville, quite the surprise! Braised Rabbit with pasta for $15 and half price bottles of wine on Wednesday!!!.

Petite, quiet and cozy.

  • 4 of 5

It was a nice quiet cabin that was near the river (it was nice to sit outside at night and listen to the river). The location was great too, the drive into asheville and the areas around it was always quick and easy.

Beautiful, cozy retreat!

  • 5 of 5

This was our second time visiting this wonderful little cabin and we loved it just as much as we did the first time around! We were there this June and were a little worried about it being too warm, but were kept more than comfortable by the window AC unit. The evenings even got cool enough for us to use the hot tub :) June, as always, was a delight! She makes the booking process so easy. We will continue to come back and recommend it to our friends in the future!

Truly Unbelievable

  • 5 of 5

Visiting from South Florida we could never have imagined how amazing this cabin was. It was more unbelievable than what we expected when we booked. It had all of the charm one would expect in this quaint town. We will be back for sure. Thank you do June for opening up your home to us. It was a vacation we will never forget.

Quaint cabin close to everything

  • 5 of 5

I have stayed here twice and each time was perfect. I love relaxing on the rocking chairs and listening to the river in the distance. That front porch really is wonderful, early mornings or at dusk, it is just so relaxing out there. The cabin itself has everything you need, it is really comfortable, makes you really feel right at home. Asheville is less than 20 minutes away so everyday we were able to go to the city and come back at night to the hot tub! We will be back!
