Esta lujosa casa Post and Beam se encuentra en 55 acres de senderos privados para caminatas (Wildlife Sanctuary), pero a solo 10 minutos del centro de Asheville (una ciudad de 150,000). I cannot say enough about this gorgeous property, or the attentiveness and hospitality of the owners. Immaculate cabin on 55 acres of pristine forest. Every element of the house was created with art, care, and flare. It doesn't get better than this!

Simply WOW! This home is amazing. Very inviting and comfortable. Perfect for a couple. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare any type of meal. They even had a crock pot! It was very well organized. The appliances are all top notch. The home is extremely well maintained. The hosts are very welcoming and easy to communicate with. They had the fireplace all ready to go when we arrived. All we had to do was strike a match! We really enjoyed having a fire almost every night. When they say there is an abundant supply of firewood, they are not kidding. There was enough to last for months. The furnishings - beds, chairs, couches - are all very comfortable and well maintained. There were no visible signs of wear and tear on anything. Oh yea, the view was simply breathtaking. Sunsets were especially amazing. Better than the Grove Park Inn in my opinion. You are so close to town the city lights are visible at night. The location is very convenient to downtown Asheville and Rt. 240 which makes it easy to get to other points of interest. If you are going in the next couple of months, we highly recommend going to the North Carolina Arboretum to see the Trolls exhibit. We also enjoyed many of the breweries. Sierra Nevada is a must stop. We're not hikers so we didn't attempt any of the trails. They looked a little too challenging for us. We had an absolutely wonderful time and hope to be back again in the near future.

This stunning private cabin for a couple has it all: covered deck with grill, patio with wood stove, indoor fireplace, sunny great room with huge comfortable sofa, modern kitchen with large island, laundry room, separate bedroom with king bed, hike from door on 50 acres of nature trails with a sunset deck at the top of the mountain and beautiful mountain views from windows, deck and porch. We keep returning for all these reasons.

My husband and I loved our stay here. Definitely a top ten. The owners are responsive and thoughtful in anticipating every need of their guests. We enjoyed the trails from the house and the proximity to downtown. We look forward to coming again.

Asheville luxury cabin

This was the perfect place to stay if you want to be secluded but still within 10 minutes of Asheville. It was a 5 star experience. Everything was perfect.

Even better the 4th time!

This was our 4th time to rent this wonderful cabin, and it definitely feels like home! We stayed for 10 days this time-- our longest stay-- and spent a lot of time just relaxing in the cabin after several months of demanding international travel for work.Downtown Asheville is only 15 minutes away, but we only went into the city one time. We found the best place for grocery shopping was the Ingles on Tunnel Road-- also only 15 minutes. It's amazing that you're so isolated up on the mountain but then only 15 minutes to "civilization."Patti and Brison were very responsive to any questions or issues. They are excellent hosts. For remote working, the WIFI service is excellent. How great to work with such a beautiful view! We are already looking forward to returning again!

Beautiful retreat with peace and quiet

This property is beautifully secluded, and the views are amazing! My partner and I were looking for some quiet alone time after Christmas and this delivered so well. Wonderfully decorated, plenty of dishes and blankets and other things were provided and helped us feel so comfortable. And we loved the fireplace! We would love to visit this place again in the future.

Exquisite private cabin for 2

This cabin for two is beautifully furnished, both inside and out, with 2 covered porches, Mountain View and hiking trails right out the door. This was our second visit this year. What a treasure!

A hidden gem tucked away in the Asheville Mountains!

We decided to head to Asheville at the last minute fir our anniversary and found this wonderful place for us! The view of blue ridge mountains is stunning! Our host were wonderful! Place had everurhing we needed.

Mountain Home was custom built by the owners using wood from the mature southern hardwood forest on our property. Hiking trails made and maintained by owners with 3 ponds and stone 'resting benches' every so often. Hiking trail map provided. New in 2016 is a covered "Sunset Deck" with spectacular views and sunsets-a short hike from the cabin.

Enjoy stunning views and sunsets from the sunset deck or enjoy a nice hike in the mature southern hardwood forest and then relax on either porch of the cabin while watching the sunset. Restaurants are 10 minutes away in downtown Asheville or visit the Biltmore House or Grove Park Inn. The Blue Ridge Parkway is just 2 miles away. Incredible views throughout the house for leaf watchers and wildlife enthusiasts.
