Seven Bays beaches, Trevose Golf Club and Trevose Headland within minutes walk

Our lovey 4 double bedroom home has just undergone renovation and is at the heart of everything we love about spending time by the Cornish Coast.

It's less than two minutes walk to the first tee at Trevose GC, one of Cornwall's best links courses, which also offers a lovely (and inexpensive!) 9 hole course, as well as a fun par 3 course and a practice range. It's a friendly, inclusive course that's open to all, and it also offers padel courts and tennis, all within a short stroll from the house.

An easy path through the sand dunes beside the golf course takes you onto Constantine Bay and Booby's Bay beaches, renowned for their beauty and fantastic surfing conditions. Or take the footpath across the golf course and enjoy the South West Coast Path around the dramatic Trevose Headland.

On the leeward side of the headland, again within walking distance or a very short stroll from the National Trust car park at Trevose Head, you'll find a number of calmer bays that lend themselves to SUPs and kayaks.

Contstantine Bay stores is a short walk round the corner, providing everything you might need in terms of food, drinks and much more. And next door to it is Constantine Bay Surf Store, with all the kit (and lessons) you need to enjoy the sea nearby.

There is a vast array of fantastic options for eating and drinking in the surrounding area. The Pig at Haryln Bay is ten minutes walk on the other side of the golf course. Rick Stein's pub The Cornish Arms is five minutes drive away in St Merryn, which also has a number of other delis, cafes and restaurants. And of course the foodies' paradise of Padstow is just over 10 minutes drive, offering a massive range of options, from superb middle eastern deli's, to Rick Stein's fish and chip shop, to fabulous bakeries, pub grub, pizza restaurants and Michelin Starred seafood.

The house provides four generous double bedrooms (one with a superking bed, two with king beds and one with a double bed). The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in dressing room, while a full-size family bathroom is shared by the other three bedrooms.

The kitchen, dining and living space is open plan, light and airy. The dining table accommodates six adults generously, whilts the living area offer a log burner and wifi enabled TV with access to your streaming platforms. Fibre broadband is fast and reliable through out the house.

The patio doors in the living area open on to a landscaped back garden with a lovely outside shower. Please note that this autumn an area of the garden is being reworked into a gravel garden (as this was previously astro-turf). Given the season, we hope this won't make a meaningful difference to your stay as the larger paved area with planting and the decked area with the outside shower are unaffected.

The house has an electic hob, full electric oven, built in fridge freezer and a wasking machine.

We welcome single (or two small to medium sized) dogs at the property provided you bring their dog beds and keep them off the sofas and beds (please).
