This bright, cozy room for up to 2 guests is just 350 meters from Westbahnhof Station and a 2-minute walk from Zieglergasse Station, offering quick metro access to Vienna’s historic center and airport. Located on the 1st floor, it’s a 9 minute walk from Kaufhaus Gerngross mall.

This private hotel room is located on the first floor of a residential building in Vienna’s 6th district. It measures 14 m² and accommodates up to two guests. The building has no elevator. The room includes a private bathroom and access to a shared lobby with coffee and beverage vending machines. There is no kitchen.



The room includes a standard double bed (140 × 200 cm) with fresh linens, a workspace with two chairs, a sofa, clothing storage, and a large Smart TV for relaxing after a day in the city.
