The house is composed of two floors. On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy bedroom with a walk-in shower and a bathroom. The use of natural stone throughout the space, especially in the bathroom, brings the outdoors inside and adds to the character of the home.

Upstairs, there is an open-plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a smart TV. From here, guests can access the outdoor terrace with a panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding landscape.

Outside, guests can enjoy a garden area, a barbecue for outdoor meals, and a shared swimming pool. Please note that the pool is not heated.

There is no private parking, but guests usually find space to park along the road near the house. A car is highly recommended and necessary to reach the property and explore the area.

The location is close to Calheta Beach, the Pingo Doce supermarket in Calheta, and several local restaurants. It is a quiet, sunny place perfect for those who appreciate nature and a slower pace.
