Welcome to our 4-bedroom charming home located in the heart of West Lothian, a perfect base for exploring Scotland. Just a short drive from Edinburgh and Glasgow!
Enjoy nearby attractions like Linlithgow Palace, Beecraigs Country Park, and the Union Canal. With excellent transport links, peaceful surroundings, and convenient amenities, it's an ideal spot for both relaxation and adventure.
Interaction with guests will be via booking platform messaging app unless there is an emergency where the host will respond to you via call. Please make first contact via app otherwise we may not pick up your enquiry.
Livingston Retreat is set in the charming West Lothian countryside, offering a peaceful escape with convenient access to major attractions. Nearby, guests can explore the historic Linlithgow Palace, the birthplace of Mary, Queen of Scots, or take a scenic walk around Beecraigs Country Park. For family fun, Almond Valley Heritage Centre and Five Sisters Zoo are just a short drive away. The area also offers golf courses, hiking trails, and easy access to Edinburgh for city adventures.

This 4-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom property accommodates up to 8 guests with a king bed, two double beds, and two single beds. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and all the essentials for a relaxing stay.
Conveniently located for exploring nearby attractions, shopping, and dining. Ideal for both short and long stays!. For added peace of mind, please note there are exterior security cameras on the property.

From Edinburgh (30 mins): Take the M8 motorway westbound, exit at Junction 3, and follow signs for West Lothian.
From Glasgow (40 mins): Take the M8 eastbound, exit at Junction 4, and follow local roads to Stonebank.
From Stirling (45 mins): Follow the M9 southbound, connect to the M8, and take the nearest exit to West Lothian.
By Train:
The nearest train station is Bathgate Station, around a 10-minute drive from the property.
Regular services from Edinburgh Waverley (25 mins) and Glasgow Queen Street (45 mins) stop here.
Taxis and buses are available from the station to Stonebank.
By Public Transport (Bus):
Frequent buses run from Edinburgh and Glasgow to West Lothian.
Local services from Bathgate, Livingston, or nearby towns connect to Stonebank.
