The Tahoe Lake Cabin sleeps 6 with comfortable queen beds all 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning available for comfortable sleeping conditions. Guests frequently comment on the very fast and reliable internet. There are 3 Smart Samsung TV’s, all connected to Spectrum cable…they are in the main living room, in the upstairs loft living area and in the upstair’s bedroom. Outdoor amenities include a large deck, BBQ grill (not available in winter) and fenced yard area.
Air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms and main living area. The loft area is the only non-air conditioned space.

The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, dishwasher, cookware, flatware, silverware and cups/mugs/glasses. The first floor bathroom has a sink, toilet, shower/tub and cabinet and is modern and clean. The upstairs bathroom has a sink, toilet, shower and cabinet and is also modern and clean.

Amenities: High Speed wireless internet access is available for guests to use. Our personal cell phones use AT&T and the cabin has spotty cell coverage. We do not know how the reception is for the other carriers. 
All cleaning products are provided including dish and laundry soap.
The cabin is equipped with laundry facilities.
All bedding, blankets and bath towels are provided.
We offer light duty beach towels for your use but you might also want to bring your own.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

South Tahoe Gem

We really, really loved this house! Incredible host with great feedback and suggestions on what to do around town. The location and house made the vacation that much smoother. It has everything you need. Towels, soaps, oven, dishwasher, BBQ! 😊 We will love to visit again. We love the cozy feel of the cabin, and not to mention the wonderful location as well. Its close enough to the water, but far enough away to be quite, even as crazy busy as the 4th of July was, the house was quite and relaxed. The deck off the back was a wonderful little oasis with a kids table and kids sized chairs, which our girls absolutely loved eating out there. Once it got dark it was sure nice to have the TVs and plenty of options for entertainment. We highly recommend this house and host! Cant wait to come back to this beautiful place.

Welcome to my cabin. I bought this comfortable and cozy little cabin in 2016 and started a few minor remodeling projects to make the cabin more user and renter friendly. I thought that it might take a few months before the cabin was "just right".   Well, that was 3 years ago ... I hope the changes I have made to make this little oasis more comfortable, suit your every need.

Why they chose this property

This property is a "labor of love". I first decided to buy a vacation property in South Lake Tahoe because my best friends of 40 years owned a house in the Al Tahoe have always said how wonderful the neighborhood was and how much they enjoyed South Lake Tahoe.
It only took 3 years to find the ideal cabin. After looking at over 40 homes (with a very patient and wonderful real estate agent), I finally found the perfect cabin. Serendipitously, it was less than a block away from my good friend's house.

What makes this property unique

I am a detailed oriented person with small grand children and have made our renovations with them in mind. I have tried to make this cabin comfortable and safe for you and for family guests.
I sincerely believe in a win-win philosophy and truly want you to have a wonderful experience at the cabin. I have made many improvements to this house and property and know I can make it even better. I welcome your input so I can make our cabin even more user friendly. My family has made many memories here and I hope your stay will make many as well.
