Guests can easily reach the space on foot, or by public transportation and car. The surrounding area has a public transport network that is known for its punctuality and modern vehicles. Visitors can move quickly around the area and easily take a train 1hr and 45 minutes to London. Biking and walking along the street is also encouraged.
This modern home is located in Canterbury City Centre along a pedestrian-only road. Parking is not included and walking is required to reach the flat. Due to the popularity of the area, some light street-side noise may permeate the home during the day. Please respect the neighbours and monitor your noise levels at all times. Quiet hours are in place from 10:00pm - 8:00am.
No smoking, parties, or unauthorized guests are allowed. Please remove your shoes at the entrance and keep all food in the kitchen or dining area. Only water is permitted in the bedrooms. Do not move the furniture.
Pets: A maximum of one small or medium pet is allowed by request only, for an additional £40 per stay. Please keep pets off the furniture and do not leave them unattended.
Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to Airbnb.
