Punta Brava is a small fishing neighborhood located in the municipality of Puerto de La Cruz. It is a coastal nucleus formed by a solidified basaltic lava projection from past eruptions. Next to the neighborhood is the Punta Brava beach. In front of this beautiful fishing district, the famous Loro Parque is located. Without a doubt, it is an incredible place in Puerto de la Cruz that you cannot miss. In the immediate vicinity of the accommodation you can find all the services: pharmacy, bars, restaurants, cafeterias, supermarkets and of course one of the most important attractions on the island just a step away. From the apartment you can walk to any point in Puerto de la Cruz since the municipality is small and its smooth terrain invites you to take long walks along the beaches of the municipality. If you don't feel like walking, the public bus line 381 Titsa will leave you in the center of the city in just 5 minutes

This newly built apartment located in the Punta Brava area is a few meters from the beach. The living nature-inspired accommodation is energetically self-sufficient and consists of everything you need for your stay.
The living-dining room has a comfortable armchair-bed, a charming coffee table and a 43-inch smart TV, the dining room has a table and chairs with capacity for 4 people, and finally, the fully equipped kitchen has ceramic hob, oven, microwave, extractor hood, a spacious refrigerator and small appliances to facilitate any task.
Rest peacefully in our bedrooms, the main one with a 180x200cm double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and a direct window to the Atlantic. The other bedroom consists of a 90x200cm bed, wardrobe, dressing table and another beautiful window towards the sea.
Throughout the accommodation you can enjoy high-speed WIFI, ideal for watching streaming television, playing games or teleworking.
