Escape and relax at this beautiful 4 bedroom cottage (with optional home office). The cottage is situated on a private 120 acre estate, surrounded by beautiful gardens and woodland. Perfect for escaping city life or for a family break. Enjoy leisurely country walks on the private grounds and breath in the fresh country air. The local town is only a 10 minute drive away if you would like to visit many of the lovely restaurants or need any necessities. There are many attractions locally, such as golf, horse racing, winery tours, walks on the South Downs, family days out, as well as local Michelin starred restaurants.
