Spacious cottage with beautiful garden and views

A light and spacious three bedroom bungalow in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Views of the north downs and a beautiful garden with a pond and gazebo. Step outside and Oldbury Woods, an old Iron Age fort, protected by the National Trust, are a stones throw away. Rope swings for children and great for walks are all on the door step.
The National Trust's Ightham Mote and Knole Park are also near by and the lovely town of Sevenoaks is a five minute car journey away.

Comfortable stay with stunning view

Lovely stay in Kent

Great communication from property manager and clear instructions for check in. The location is marvellous and peaceful. The property overall is comfy and well set up for a family. Kitchen facilities are a little basic but covered all our needs. The garden is a real highlight too.

Such a peaceful, relaxing cottage

Our family of four loved staying here. Our kids, 7 & 5, enjoyed walking through the nearby woodlands, especially with the rope swing, as well as the kids books and games in the living room. Us grown ups enjoyed how well equipped and spacious the cottage was, the peaceful surroundings, and the beautiful garden we could drink our cups of tea in. Perfect location being a short drive to Sevenoaks station with fast trains to London. Highly recommend, we’d love to return!

Perfect location to visit London and more

We had a lovely time in this beautiful, spacious holiday home. We went to London 3 times by train - from Sevenoaks - which is very doable. From the house you walk straight into the woods, where you can go for lovely walks. There is plenty to see and do in the area! Definitely worth repeating.

Very lovely property, all as promised, very clean. Bedding and towels were excellent quality and fresh.Location was very good.One thing we would suggest is perhaps a small dishwasher. We found we had to run so much water before it became hot. Just a suggestion

Great family resort

The accommodation is very, very nice. The house is big and spacious and the garden is fantastic. We (2 parents with 3 children [6, 9 and 12years old]) spent 12 days in this beautiful house and we enjoyed every day. The location is brilliant. It takes 45 minutes to get to London by train and Kemsing station is only a 20-minute walk away. There are many places to eat and drink in the area. And there is so much to see. Lynda is a great host who looks after her guests very well. This offer is highly recommended!

Amazing

Incredible views, peace and quiet with lovely woodland walks. Still able to visit London and then get back to a little slice of heaven Property was perfect in size and cleanliness. Fantastic holiday 😀

Ideal house to spend some much needed time with our son and his family ( two young children under 3 years) The accommodations was excellent and the garden was so good for young children No problem recommending it to others
