Just a 10-minute walk to Hampton Court Palace, a short bus ride to Kingston, and only 40 minutes by train to London Waterloo.
The apartment features high-end furnishings, a modern kitchen, and freshly renovated bathrooms. A perfect blend of nature, history, and nearby town charm.
This charming ground-floor flat offers a comfortable, modern, fully equipped living space, perfect for relaxing after exploring the local area.
This is a fully equipped and lovingly furnished flat, designed with comfort in mind. We hope you can enjoy the space and make yourselves at home during your stay!
Although the flat is all on one level, please note there are 5 steps from the pavement to the main front door of the building.
Bedrooms
• Master with ensuite: This spacious room features a king-sized bed and offers lovely views over Bushy Park, giving you a peaceful and serene setting for a restful night’s sleep.
• Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a double bed and also boasts views of the beautiful Bushy Park. Both bedrooms are bright and airy, ensuring a comfortable stay.
There is also a pull out single bed available- let me know if you want this setup for your stay.
Bathrooms
• The flat has two bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite to the king bedroom.
• Both bathrooms feature walk-in showers, providing a refreshing and convenient space to get ready for the day or unwind in the evening.
Kitchen & Living Area
• The open-plan kitchen and living area is the heart of the flat, with a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals and a comfortable living space to relax in.
• There’s a dining table for meals and a smart TV for entertainment, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring.
• The sofa provides a cozy spot to relax, and the room faces onto Hampton Court Road.
• The windows in the living area have privacy film, so while you have a view of the pavement outside, you’ll enjoy privacy and no one can see in.
PARKING- If you’re driving, please note that on-street parking directly outside the flat is restricted to residents with permits. However, you’ll find paid parking across the road and further down Hampton Court Road towards Hampton Court Palace, with the convenience of Ringo parking (5530). Note this has a maximum stay of 4 hours, no return within 60 minutes, at a time. Parking is free 6:30pm-8am. For longer stays, there is also long-term parking available at Hampton Court Station (Ringo 77482), a short walk from the flat- you can purchase weekly parking for £31.40.
Guests have full access to the entire flat, including both bedrooms, the bathrooms, and the open-plan kitchen and living area. Everything is for your use and enjoyment during your stay!
There are a few cupboards with cleaning supplies and extra bed linen. We kindly ask that these remain undisturbed during your stay.

During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
