This spacious holiday home of 136 m² offers four bedrooms and a total of eight sleeping places. It is fully heated with underfloor heating and furnished with comfortable details that make it easy to feel at home. The house has two bathrooms, one with a sauna and spa, and the other with a washing machine and dryer. There is also a bright open kitchen-living area, an activity room, and a wood stove for cozy evenings.



House and garden: The garden is fenced (though beautiful deer sometimes still pay a visit) and sheltered from the westerly wind by tall trees on the neighboring plots, where woodpeckers and other birds reside. The lawn is ideal for outdoor games and activities (various games are freely available), and the south-facing terraces are equipped with comfortable furniture for enjoying the sun. A charcoal grill, dining area, and lounge corner with a sofa are also provided (cushions inside). An extension cable for charging electric cars can be borrowed (outlet near the front door).



Inside, the open kitchen-living area encourages socializing at the extendable dining table or relaxing in the large corner sofa in front of the TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, freezer, and coffee machines. The activity room features a pool/snooker table and board games, making the house suitable for both families and groups of friends.



The location in Kostræde Banker provides access to both peaceful surroundings and exciting excursions. Within minutes, you can walk to Dybsø Fjord or the local supermarket, while Svinø Beach is only 7 km away. The area invites hikes through varied landscapes with birdlife, fields, and coastal scenery.



Nature experiences are plentiful: Avnø Nature Center offers marked trails and the chance to spot seals. Knudshoved Odde provides rare plants and protected landscapes. For culture and family fun, Gavnø Castle with gardens and climbing park, the Forest Tower at Gisselfeld, or the Køng Museum are all within short driving distance. The nearby towns of Næstved, Vordingborg, and Præstø offer restaurants, shopping, museums, and activities for all ages.
