Villa Lumeria is a splendid and luminous four-story villa in a quiet position, located on a hillside above the sea. It sleeps 16 people. From Villa Lumeria you will enjoy a spectacular view over Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius and of the island of Capri. Villa Lumeria is 300 square meters (3230 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, panoramic private terraces, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 350 meters (380 yards), a grocery store at 150 meters (490 feet), the stop for SITA bus Sant'Agata - Massa Lubrense - Sorrento line at 200 meters (660 feet) and the closest beach (San Montano beach) at 5.5 km (roughly 3.4 miles).
You will reach Villa Lumeria from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Lumeria. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Villa Lumeria is along a narrow uphill road.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 2 meters (6.5 feet) large by 4 meters (13 feet) long, from 1.40 meter (4.6 feet) to 1.80 meters (6 feet) deep. It can be heated if requested (additional cost applies -- please enquire with our staff). The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view over Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius and of the island of Capri. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
Patio
The patio is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with two sofas and armchairs and with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. At your disposal there will be a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board. From the patio you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea and of the island of Capri and of the swimming pool.
Parking
The parking space is suitable for six cars. In this area you will find an electric cars charging point (available at no additional cost).
Ground FloorLiving Room
The ceiling of the living room has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are modern and welcoming, and include a sofa and two armchairs. There is a small fireplace made of glass. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. In the living room of Villa Lumeria you will find an elevator that will take you to the three upstairs floors. Here you will also find a ceiling fan.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room through a cased opening. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable, and include suspended chandeliers. The dining table can accommodate 16 guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through four French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room through a cased opening. The floor is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. It is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table is a little kitchen peninsula, and can accommodate two guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it through an access area.
First FloorBedroom 1 - a suite with en-suite bathroom
This suite is made up by three interconnected rooms: a sleeping area closed by a glass door, a sitting area and a bathroom. You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include two armchairs, a divan that unfolds into a double bed and a desk. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a long terrace through three French doors. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a mini refrigerator and a ceiling fan.
