Entra en el clásico Tahoe con este hermoso marco en A en una agradable y tranquila ubicación en Chamberlands. El estacionamiento para hasta 4 vehículos, con capacidad para 10 y una gran terraza delantera hacen que este lugar sea ideal para una reunión familiar. Una ubicación tranquila en Chamberlands, este A-Frame de la vieja escuela tiene un ambiente acogedor. El frente de vidrio y la gran terraza lo convierten en un excelente lugar para relajarse y escapar al desierto. Con suficiente espacio de cama para hasta 10 personas en 3 dormitorios y un altillo, es posible acomodar a una familia numerosa. Tenga en cuenta que el acceso al desván es por una escalera de pared adjunta, puede no ser adecuado para todos. Le encantará el plano de planta abierto con la cocina, el comedor y la sala de estar configurados con una cálida estufa de leña. Hay 2 baños completos, lavadora y secadora, y suficiente estacionamiento para hasta 4 vehículos grandes.

Esta casa cuenta con acceso a las comodidades de Chamberlands HOA, que tiene una maravillosa piscina y acceso a playa privada. Un servicio de transporte opera durante el verano cada 30 minutos, lo que le brinda un fácil acceso a las comodidades. D. L. Nice location, walking distance to lake

Nice location, the lake was really close by. Great location which allowed us to explore all of Lake Tahoe without having to drive so far back to the rental.

Lark Cabin Love

We had such a wonderful time staying at this cabin over our winter holiday vacation. It’s quirky set up was perfect for our family. Definitely would recommend.

Perfect cabin for our stay

There were more than enough spaces to sleep for my family of 4 + mother. We were there on a particularly hot week, but house stayed cool with the number of fans that were provided. Will recommend to friends who ski at Homewood often in the winter.

Cozy cabin, great location, clean and stocked

Our large family spent 5 nights in July. Grandparents, kids and grandkids had a wonderful time at the beach and pool, playing in the yard, going for walks around the neighborhood, playing board games in the evening and exploring nearby treasures. We spotted bears four times! A treat to see for the kids. We felt safe with the bear wires at night. Lovely property. If you’re the type that needs A/C, the upper bedrooms may be too hot for you. But we just adapted by going to sleep later when it was cooler and sleeping in — it helped us get into that vacation rhythm :)

Good Spot!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is in a great location if you want to take advantage of the Chambers private beach and amenities. While there is a shuttle that circles the neighborhood, we found it was a very short walk. We traveled with our dogs and although the private beach does not allow them, the public beach alongside it does. The house itself is small but nice and functional with some upgrades. It is also well stocked with spices etc. Beds were comfortable and the shower was excellent. It was also very clean.

Will never rent from this company ever again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great. The Tahoe Rental Company is awful. They took $400 from our deposit for a “cleaning” even AFTER we paid a professional cleaning company $300 to clean the house upon leaving. The “short list” of things needed cleaned included dishes in the dish washer which is what makes me know they’re lying because we wash our dishes by hand and had never used the dishwasher. All they care about is keeping money from young adults living on minimum wage to pay themselves more.

We are sorry that Cecilia did not like the way her ski lease ended, however we did not lie or cushion any of our charges. We have photo documentation of the cleanliness/condition the house was left in when we did our walk through, and we were invoiced for the exact amount of the cleaning charge from an outside cleaning company. It is what we were charged to get the home as clean as it was when Cecelia arrived. We do not make money on cleaning charges. We are happy to hear that she enjoyed the house during her lease and hopefully she will not discount all of the help or immediate response time that we provided to her during her stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came for 3 nights on Christmas break. It was an amazing experience, with the cabin being a huge part of this.The cabin looks exactly as described, with 3 double bed rooms and a cute little attic with single beds for the kids. All the rooms were clean and tidy.The living room is very comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything needed, so we could cook and serve our own meals easily.The heating easily heats the entire cabin and everyone were very comfortable at night.The wifi worked great and we were able to stay connected despite not having cell reception in the area. The cabin also has a landline phone for making calls if the reception does not allow it.Two things to notice when coming: download the lockbox code before going up the road from HW 89, since you will not have cell reception at the door. And make sure to turn off the electric bear fence at the little green box next to the front door!

Great location, perfect for families!

This was the perfect size rental for two families and our 3 children. They loved sleeping in the loft (keep in mind the only access is by a ladder). The main two bedrooms are large with plenty of room, the third bedroom is smaller. The location is perfect, it's about a 15 minute walk to the private (or public) beach, but we drove to the beach most days. The HOA pool is a great benefit. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed! The large deck in front was perfect for barbeques!

Tahoe getaway

Very nice A frame in Chambers subdivision. Would be great for family with older kids as the third story is reachable by ladder! The best thing is in Chambers you have access to their private beach and beautiful pool!

We love hosting Mike and Bernadine every year and are sorry they didn't enjoy this cabin as much as their previous stays with Tahoe Rental Company. It was made very clear to them that there was no cable before their arrival, but hopefully we can find them a great cabin with cable in the future. We look forward to hosting them again next year.
