The Villa Kaja, which was entirely rebuilt from an ancient farmers house, seeks to provide a luxury stay in tune with its surroundings by combining rustic aspects with modern facilities and quality design furniture. It is easily designed over one floor, specifically with wheelchair users in mind, and can comfortably accommodate 10 people in 5 bedrooms (250 m²):
– The main floor features the living area and kitchen with island and access to the outdoor covered terrace. Wine cellar. The sleeping area includes 2 bedrooms with double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, and 2 bedrooms with double bed sharing a large bathroom with shower (suitable for wheelchairs).
– The first floor is composed of another living area and TV room, and a bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Outside, you’ll adore the garden and terraces with breathtaking views of the lush hills, as well as the complete tranquility and seclusion of the undisturbed countryside. Secluded luxury to escape from ordinary life, with hammocks and sun loungers, a barbecue and fire pit, and a large table beneath a covered patio to sample the Piemonte region’s exquisite food and great wines. A lovely 16-meter-long swimming pool will provide moments of refreshment. The pool has been designed with a ramp for wheelchair users, or just a lot of fun for the kids.

The Villa Kaja is situated in Roccaverano, one of the highest communities (750m altitude) in the Piedmont vineyard region. With its castles, monasteries, and sanctuaries, each little town that looks out over these gorgeous hills has an unique story to share. The area is rich in wonderful wines, and excellent food is the norm; explore the famous Barolo region, and attend wine, cheese, and truffle festivals in Alba and Asti. The region is conveniently located between the cities of Milan and Turin, the northern Italian Lakes and Alps, and the Mediterranean Sea in Liguria.

This Villa Kaja (5 bedrooms) can be rented alongside the Villa Mila (6 bedrooms) for groups of to 22 persons. The homes are only a 3-minute walk apart, yet cannot see each other, guaranteeing privacy and tranquility.

Note:
– Swimming pool open approximately from May to mid-October; contact us for the exact dates before booking.
– Domestic animals allowed (upon prior request only).
– Parties or events not allowed.
– The villa is remotely located on a hillside, accessed by an unpaved and unfenced road of about 500 m; a SUV or 4×4 car would be recommended, but it is possible with a normal car, driving slowly and paying careful attention.
– The Villa Kaja (5 bedrooms) can be rented alongside the Villa Mila (6 bedrooms) for groups of to 22 persons. The homes are only a 3-minute walk apart, yet cannot see each other, guaranteeing privacy and tranquility.
